Having lived in Cedar Park for over a decade, my family and I have frequented this Taco Bell on numerous occasions. Regrettably, our experiences over the years have consistently ranged from disappointing to outright distressing.
Customer Service: The service at this Taco Bell is nothing short of abysmal. The employees are consistently rude and unprofessional. On multiple occasions, they have laughed at us, argued, and hurled insults instead of providing the courteous service one would expect. The atmosphere created by these interactions is hostile and unwelcoming, making every visit unpleasant.
Food Quality: The quality of the food is notoriously poor. Orders are almost always made incorrectly or with a blatant lack of care. When mistakes are pointed out, the employees often argue or gossip amongst themselves rather than taking immediate corrective action. Even when the food is remade, it is often done so poorly that it feels like an intentional slight rather than a genuine attempt to rectify the mistake.
Vegetarian Options: This Taco Bell is particularly unfriendly towards vegetarians. Despite clearly ordering items with beans instead of beef, we frequently receive food with beef. When we bring this issue to their attention, employees often deny the mistake and refuse to apologize. This negligence not only shows a lack of respect for dietary preferences but also poses serious concerns for those with dietary restrictions.
Management: A manager is rarely, if ever, present to address these issues. The absence of proper oversight contributes to the ongoing problems with customer service and food quality. The staff appears unsupervised and unaccountable, further exacerbating the negative experiences of the customers.
Final Straw: The most recent and final straw occurred today when my mother, whose English is not very strong, was subjected to harassment by an employee. After receiving a Crunchwrap filled with beef instead of beans, she brought the receipt and the incorrect food back to the counter. The employee forced her to open the Crunchwrap in the store, and upon seeing the mistake, responded with anger and insults. The employee mocked my mother’s English, threw the Crunchwrap, and loudly gossiped with co-workers within earshot. The remade Crunchwrap was appalling, consisting mostly of tortilla, clearly made with disdain. My mother was then rudely told to leave as if she was the one at fault.
Conclusion: After enduring years of poor service and disrespect, we can no longer recommend this Taco Bell to anyone. The consistent lack of professionalism, poor food quality, and blatant disregard for customer satisfaction make this establishment a place to avoid. If you value respectful service and decent food, please consider...
Read moreThis was my favorite Taco Bell it was right across the street from my work! Always get the same three things. Enchirito, chalupa, and supreme nachos! I really like what they've done with the place this is a really nice Taco Bell that they remodel! But this time my meal was a dollar more than I usually pay. When I got the receipt I noticed why it was a dollar more! You might think this is petty because yes it is just a dollar! I realized on my receipt! I'd ask the cashier Bryan to try some of the new chalupa taco sauce. Spicy avocado ranch, and the new Spicy Chipotle wild sauce. He explained to me that he charged me an extra $0.45 per container of sauce. I just think this is ridiculous that I got a chalupa Taco but since I didn't get the chalupa Taco with that sauce I needed to pay extra for the sauce! Which is ridiculous in my eyes. I just wanted to taste. I get the two containers of sauce with my meal. Which I paid $0.45 a piece for. And the containers were halfway full if I pay $0.45 for a container of sauce the container of sauce should be all the way full. I guess they have to pay for the remodeling upgrades to the building somehow! But it's not going to be with my money anymore! I usually come here two to three times a week but I will not be spending my money at this location anymore due to my...
Read moreI love it! Though, most stuff I order gets handed to me wrong... I have to tell them before leaving the drive threw. They usually fix the order only twice, but still tend to get the third try wrong. That's really not convenient at all. By the time I get the correct items (if ever) I'm over it- just so annoyed that I can't eat cause half of it is already cold. Then I'm late for my doctors appointment because I waited for so long to get the correct order or just my order and not someone else's food. The whole "no ice" thing is frustrating because they often then fill it top to bottom with ice with less than 20% being drinkable. I did not say extra ice. Yes, this happens even when u order only three items as is and don't give any specific requests. Like one beef taco, one taco salad and a water. I ended up with three tacos. No drink. No taco salad. Obviously I asked them to give me the taco salad. The water smelled like something else, it was like a completely flat Sprite or something. Couldn't drink it. I am not trying to hurt taco Bell in any way or put a bunch of blame. I am merely giving my own opinion that I believe is true. It seems as if it's mostly THIS taco Bell but not all the others. Other taco Bell locatiobs seem to usually get my...
