This place is easily now a new favorite. Here is what you should know: 1. The owner is passionate and true to leading his team to making the best darn food you can eat! 2. Very affordable to the value and high quality of the food you get. 3. Is arranged like a subway type model or you tell them how you want it and they will make it and build it and literally cook it there fresh. 4. They do orders to go and take online orders. 5.: Despite being full with back-to-back orders we were able to get our meal within a very short reasonable amount of time. 6. The owner was very hospitable about recommending different flavor combinations which blew me away later as I tried them and sure enough came to love this place. 7. You can also take them for their awesome soda combinations with the crank type awesome on the tab model and also some fresh lemonades and plenty of condiments. 8.; Plenty of seating to eat comfortably inside and very clean restrooms and an awesome atmosphere that is very friendly and authentic to a Middle Eastern culture across the wall designs. 9. Parking for this location thankfully is reasonable as they share building complex with a few other businesses but behind them is plenty of parking. 10. I got the Levant shawarma and I can snot recommend this enough along with the jalapeno humas and combination of grilled vegetables in Israeli conscious salad which was just an off the chart combination of flavors and spices. Was easily the best mail I had all week long and will definitely keep this place on the mark to come here again. Also they even had easy to go foam containers to grab for any leftovers to take home and put in the fridge for later! :)

For those of you who don't have time to read the book, I'm about to write please do this: Disregard any review that has not been left in the past six months. From what I can gather, ownership has changed. Unfortunately, my experience did not live up to many of the reviews here. I felt strange walking into an empty restaurant with over 1k reviews. We ordered a chicken shawarma bowl and a Levant shawarma bowl. Everything was there for the food to be good. The ingredients were fresh, except for the chicken and lamb, which were paper-like and turned to sawdust in our mouths. The service isn't bad either. The problem is that the food was inedible. Both bowls tasted the same and had an overwhelming vinegar-like flavor I'd never experienced elsewhere. It wasn't the pickled red onions. It was something else. I hate leaving these reviews as we are new to the area and were excited to have a nearby Mediterranean restaurant with great reviews; however, after eating cheese from the fridge for dinner instead of the food we paid 37 dollars for, Im a bit irritated. The picture below is how far my wife and I got before throwing it away. I stuck it out longer than her because I felt guilty for picking this place. We won't be back. If ownership reads this, I know running a restaurant is not easy, but if you are going to do it, run it right. Cutting corners in the short term will cost you your business in the long term. Maybe reach out to the people you purchased it from for help.

My wife and I stopped in for lunch and we had a great meal! Jason was behind the counter and he eagerly answered any questions we had. He walked us through how it works and basically read our minds with what questions we might have. He said a plate is more protein with fewer sides, but a bowl is basically more sides with less protein. We wanted something healthy and protein-packed, so we both chose a plate (which still came with 2 sides). I got chicken kebab as my protein, which I loved (very tender, and dipping it in the toom made it even better). My wife got the chicken shawarma, which she loved — and the bite I stole was fantastic, too! I got mixed grilled vegetables that were OK, but I also got the lentils, which came with crispy fried onions on top — this was soooo good! I also added a third side — the Happy Chick Peas salad, which was good not great. My wife got muhamarra potatoes and she said they were “lovely.” She also got cabbage and liked that. Finally, a piece of pita bread came with both plates — and these were not your ordinary pitas. They were pillowy and tasty, and they made great little mid-meal sandwiches! Overall, we loved this place — Jason and his co-worker were abundantly helpful, and we will definitely be back!
