Vitality Bowl has become my go-to spot for healthy, delicious meals. The recent change in ownership has dramatically improved the overall experience. What stands out most is the exceptional service - the staff is not only friendly and knowledgeable but also incredibly efficient.

The menu offers a diverse range of nutritious options that never disappoint. Their açaí bowls are the star of the show - I highly recommend trying the Beach Bowl or Dragon Bowl. The smoothies are equally impressive, with the Dragon Fruit smoothie and Açaí Elixir being particular favorites. Don't miss out on their sandwiches, salads, and the delicious avocado toast either.

I was in Houston for a few days and while I was there, I wanted to find a storefront that made natural fruit drinks as good as my homemade varieties that I make at home. I searched Google until I read customer reviews about a shop called Vitality Bowls. As I was returning home, I stopped by purchased a sandwich, and a delightfully refreshing fruit juice called Green Me Up. I ask the manager if they had a storefront in Austin, and I was pleasantly surprised… there was one in Cedar Park Texas. Two days later I was at the local Vitality Bowls sipping on a “Go Green” smoothie. It has a hint of mint, veggies, dates and other fruits which made a blast of creamy deliciousness in my mouth! I’d give this place 5 stars if it wasn’t so darn expensive. I expect that’s because of the usual fresh ingredients. The acia bowls are what make this place unique. They top them with fresh fruits, granola & other unusual items. You pick from pre-defined bowls. It’d be nice to have a “build your own” option added to the menu. I’m not sure they can do this since it’s a franchise They also offer smoothies as well as salads and a few sandwiches, although these aren’t nearly as popular as the acia bowls. The bowls are offered in medium & large sizes. The medium is very filling. It’s a generous size. The owner is usually there & he and his staff are super friendly.
