I recently had the pleasure of stumbling into the soft opening of the remarkable Bitelo Brazilian Steakhouse, and I can confidently say that it was an unforgettable culinary adventure. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality, setting the stage for an evening that exceeded all expectations.
The outstanding feature of this steakhouse is undoubtedly its exceptional service. The staff members were not only knowledgeable and attentive but also genuinely passionate about ensuring a memorable dining experience for each and every customer. From the moment we were seated, the servers made us feel like honored guests, providing detailed explanations of the menu and guiding us through the tantalizing array of options.
The star of the show was, of course, the food. The selection of succulent meats was extensive and impeccably prepared. The aroma of the sizzling skewers filled the air, creating an atmosphere of anticipation and excitement. From perfectly seasoned sirloin steak to mouthwatering lamb chops, each cut was cooked to perfection and oozing with flavor. The meat was tender, juicy, and expertly grilled, showcasing the culinary prowess of the chefs.
What truly sets this Brazilian steakhouse apart is the attention to detail and the commitment to quality. The owners, who were present throughout the evening, radiated warmth and genuine care for their guests. They took the time to interact with each table, ensuring that everyone felt welcome and valued. Their passion for their craft and their dedication to creating an exceptional dining experience was evident in every aspect of the restaurant.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was inviting and sophisticated, striking a perfect balance between elegance and comfort. The spacious dining area was tastefully decorated, with warm lighting and an inviting ambiance.
In addition to the delightful meats, the salad bar was a feast in itself. It featured an impressive array of fresh, crisp vegetables, artisanal cheeses, and a variety of mouthwatering side dishes. The attention to detail extended even to the salad bar, with a variety of dressings and accompaniments that elevated the experience to a whole new level.
Overall, my experience at Bitelo’s was nothing short of exceptional. From the warm and genuine hospitality of the owners to the attentive service and scrumptious food, every aspect of the evening was delightful. If you are seeking a dining experience that combines exquisite cuisine, impeccable service, and a welcoming atmosphere, I wholeheartedly recommend visiting Bitelo Brazilian Steakhouse. Read moreSometimes you just need meat. I mean A LOT of really good quality meat and today was that day for me.
On a whim, I decided to make reservation and go to a Brazilian Steakhouse. Given this was a spontaneous decision, and I didn't want to drive far, I didn't go with my usual downtown and the Arboretum Brazilian choices. I remembered someone mentioned a new Brazilian Steakhouse close to Lakeline.
I am so happy I went out of my comfort zone. As the other reviews indicated, the service here is TOP TIER AND they don't RUSH you out like some other un named Brazilian establishments. It was clear that for Bitelo is is more about the dining experience and quality meat.
I had the top shelf Caipirinha that was made with my favorite Leblon Cachaça. They did not skip on the lime which really makes the drink. So refreshing. You will be tempted to get two but save the room for the main even....the meat!
You start at the self serve Salad Bar. My server kept an eye on my every move (without me knowing) and was always a step ahead. He was handing me my salad plate as I was walking to the line. The salad bar may not be as massive as others but the veg they offer is fresh and seasonal. I appreciated that and freshness reflects in the taste. Salad offerings were Italian, Caesar, and Spinach. Veg options were green beans, broccoli (both steamed which I LOVE vs oils). There was Hearts of Palm, sweet peppers, Italian meats, candied bacon, potato Salad, Cheeses (Manchego, Parmesan, and Pepper jack).
Variety of dressings from a mirin pepper to traditional options like caesar and vinaigrettes.
At the meat main event my favorite was the PICANHA followed by the filet, then Ribeye. I won't say much about the meat as it's all personal preference on your cut etc. I will say that the choices were plentiful and the timing of the "rounds" back to the tables was perfection. Never did I think...I want whatever and had to sit and wait. NEVER. They keep it coming and ask in between. The service was absolutely outstanding! I can't emphasize this enough.
The sides with the meat were Chimichurri sauce, garlic mashed potatoes, sweet plantains, and cheese rolls. I watched the tables and notice they also keep bringing these out as they disappear. They were very generous on everything.
I ended my meal with a cappuccino which was lovely.
Wonderful food, atmosphere, easy parking, and makes for a...
Read moreThis Brazilian Steakhouse is just wonderful! The salad bar is good with a large selection of options. I enjoyed the CaesarSalad, the Italian Salad and small tastes of potato salad, beets, cheese, candied bacon, cucumbers, peppers etc. Our server warned us not to over due that experience as the meat was truly the specialty of the house- and boy, they weren’t kidding. The bottom sirloin was a favorite of most of us, but there was nothing that I tasted, that wasn’t absolutely delicious write down to the little chubby chicken leg, moist, juicy dark meat, perfectly cooked, just delectable, so many different times they came to offer, sausage, lamb, multiple kinds of beefs , bacon wrapped chicken breast. Different cuts different marinades it was simply spectacular. I am not so much a meat person anymore but if I had somebody cooking at my house like this, I would eat meat every day and probably more than once! The virgin, piña colada and strawberry daiquiri were delicious as was the Brazilian national adult beverage a Caipirinha. They had three varieties, and I chose the tropical, one with chopped strawberries and pineapple added to it! That happened to be my choice and it was very refreshing.. They had Brazilian bread, mashed potatoes and plantains. I particularly enjoyed the plantains. they also appeared to be charbroiled, and it brought out the sweetness and caramelization.. This was the first time in my life I had ever eaten Christmas Dinner at a restaurant and it was really an event and I can’t wait to return. The ambience was palpable. It’s quite a large space, but it feels very warm and comfortable because unlike other restaurants, you’re not jammed in like sardines, there’s room to move around to go back-and-forth to the salad bar or back in the very attentive staff to your table to provide you with whatever they have to offer. All the servers were very gracious &, polite. It’s been a very long time since I’ve had my chair pulled out for me every time I got up and sat down. Our entire party had a wonderful time, and really enjoyed it all the way around. It’s a very welcome addition to the Cedar Park Restaurant Arena, which has a lot of choices. If you’re looking for really tasty, flavorful, tender proteins, we can’t recommend this...
