What a freaking TREAT! My husband and I happened to stumble on this place and thank goodness we did. I was definitely in the mood for something sweet and since being in Texas it’s been so long since I’ve had some really good, nostalgic Italian Ice till this place! The staff was soo nice and kind and gave us the best recommendations and now I’m just plotting my next trip back! Bought the açai bowl and smoothie. Açaí bowl was great, smoothie on the other hand was served with blended up plastic that was consumed. I appreciate the fact that they remade my smoothie at no cost, but the remake did not taste like the previous one (excluding the plastic) it seemed some ingredients were missing… It tasted like blended milk and a strawberries, no banana flavor or sugar. I came on the grand opening of the Lakewood Park location on Saturday. I purchased the tropical acai bowl with nutella drizzle in the morning and went back to purchase 2 more!! I absolutely loved it!! I am back today (Monday) sitting on the park bench… HaHa! This was the greatest idea to add a truck that has healthy frozen treats.
