We went right at opening, which always tells us if food is fresh and if people are waiting to get in (good thing). We started with the scallion pancakes, which were not greasy.. crisp and fresh, so tasty! Also, we got the Cha Shu Bun, which is just bbq pork in side bun that was so fluffy and not too doughy! For sushi, we tried the Hot Lover Roll which was spicy crabmeat, avocado, and cream cheese with soybean. It was good, but I would def try something different next time. We also got the spicy beef noodle soup. Their noodles are SO GOOD. Great texture, small ramen style, and they had flavor of almost butter with noodles, which is a bad way to explain but loved them. The meat in the soup held all the spice, generous portions with a mix of fatty and not. Baby bok choy, egg and fish cakes. The broth was flavorful but not spicy..though your lips burned from the spice heat of the meat. I enjoyed it. Service was really good. Don't pass up this gem.

My wife and I have come here to eat 3-4 times and everytime we show up the lead waiter who now recognizes us always waves. The food here is great, the atmosphere is relaxing and the staff are nice. Portions are decent though it would be nice if they were a little bit more. There are only two things Id say could be improved. 1) There is no kids menu which means you either have to share which doesn't really work as the portions aren't big enough or you have to pay full price to buy an adult size dish for a child. Not really ideal. 2) Unlike most restaurants where the waiter will stop by to check in occasionally to make sure everything is good, the waiters here don't really do that. We've found that we generally have to wave a random waiter down if we need something. Overall though we love coming here and we intend to keep coming until we try everything on the menu!

@tollivertravels Food & Drink: lots of varieties of noodles and sushi. Ambiance: very chill. Set up like a fast casual restaurant but you have full service at a booth or table. Located in a strip mall area. Kid friendly: yes, nicer than fast casual, but you don't have to worry that your kids will break anything here. You can trap them in booths so they don't run the aisles. Service: A sweet mom served us on Mother's Day. They were short staffed but it barely affected the service. Allergy: the waitress made it clear they do not have gluten free. If you have severe allergies or don't want to hash out ingredients with the waitress then this is not the place for you.

I've been here twice. The first time was for lunch, I ordered the sesame chicken and fried rice. The food was very hot, fresh, crispy, and was seasoned very well. Tonight, I stopped in at about 8pm craving soup on a cold day so I ordered the Spicy Beef Noodle Soup. I wanted to grab and go home, and they advised me it would take 10-15 minutes. It was ready to go in 5. Loved that. They compartmentalized the soup, and noodles with veggies. I love the plastic soup bowl it comes with! I'll just say this. I wanted to take a picture, but I started eating and I couldn't stop. My bad. The broth has great flavor and I thought the meat would be bland, but the meat was very well seasoned and super tender. The veggies were fresh, and the noodles soaked up everything well with an amazing chew. I will go back for this soup! I'm so glad this spot is so close to my home. I'll snag a picture...
