My visit to this location was VERY less than satisfactory for three different reasons. 1. After ordering at the counter, it took 20 minutes to get my food. I had to tell the workers I had not received my food yet before they made any effort to give it to me or ask why I was waiting for so long (as if people just stand around at a BK counter for their health). I can be patient, but 20 minutes at a "fast-food" restaurant is absurd. And not being acknowledged makes the situation even worse. There was a line of people behind me waiting for their food as well, so I know it wasn't just a fluke with my order. 2. My husband wanted some extra mayo, so he went up to the counter to request some. He stood there for 2+ minutes being completely ignored. All of the workers had their backs to the customers standing in line, and no one felt the need to turn around and acknowledge anyone. Finally, I went to the counter and had to directly call one of them out to ask for the mayo. Long story short, I could have driven home and grabbed the mayo out of my fridge in the time it took us to finally eat all of our food as desired. 3. ENTER THE BATHROOM WITH CAUTION. I took one step into the women's bathroom and proceeded to slip and slide all over the floor. I have no idea how I managed to stay upright. I literally thought I was going down - AND I'M PREGNANT. Not okay. Not okay for anyone. The flooring is ridiculous. It has nothing to do with my shoes; the entire slab is slippery. They may as well have installed an ice skating rink and started renting skates to anyone who needed to use it. Trust me people, I'm fairly athletic even while pregnant, so this isn't a "she has two left feet" type of situation. Whoever made the decision on the flooring has clearly never used it or walked on it before. It is entirely unsafe. You know that scene in the Disney movie Bambi where the deer slips all over the ice? I looked EXACTLY like that only with a huge belly, not as many limbs on the floor, and a toilet in the background. If I had actually fallen down, this story would have ended very differently than me just writing an obnoxiously long Yelp review. Actually, on second thought, I'm going to contact the GM too. The only reason I'm giving this place a two rating instead of a one is because the food tasted fine. But if you ever find yourself desperate for a burger, I highly suggest staying safely seated inside your vehicle and using the drive-thru at this location....or maybe just head over to Wendy's and skip The King...
Read moreTonight I drove up to the drive-thru at 7:48 p.m. for 3 minutes I witnessed two people, one in front of the counter and one behind the counter stand there looking like they were having a conversation. Then someone went to the drive-thru and said, hold on I need a minute. 2 minutes later he finally took my order. I pulled up to the drive-thru where there was one car waiting in front of me who moved on about 2 minutes later. At 7:55 I drove up to the window. I waited about 2 minutes while this individual stood there with his hands in his pockets doing nothing before I motioned for his attention the window. Instead of opening the window and speaking to me, he held a finger up to me and said wait a minute.
A minute later he finally opened the window.
There was one car in front of me in the drive-thru and zero people in the dining room. I would not call that a busy time for at least two people in the store. I don't know why it would take 10 minutes for me to get to the window.
The individual who took my order spent more time standing there with his hands in his pockets than anything else. I can accept that staff is lean and things don't always go my way. What I can't accept is very little communication and apathetic people.
I worked fast food in my teenage years and I know how hard the job can be. I expressed this to the person behind the counter who continued to give me excuses. I then told him he needed to hold himself to a higher standard. He simply closed the window and walked away.
I am tired of excuses. I can go and get chicken from other places, and be treated right. I don't understand why excellent training and high expectations do not happen in more places.
My expectation of the teenager behind the counter is that he care just a little bit more about reaching a higher standard. I wouldn't say that he was rude or disrespectful, he just plain didn't care. Apathy and customer service do not mix, ever.
I don't know that I have ever gotten really good service at this particular restaurant. I'm starting to believe that it's a...

Wife had hers with plain chicken fries and mine was spicy I had no condiments but wanted tomatoes Wife got a double cheeseburger no 🥓 I got a double cheeseburger with ketchup no tomato and no bacon, My spicy chicken fries were old, cold and dried out. When my wife asked for fresh and wanted to know why he had gotten ketchup on my burger, but they didn’t say they just remade it. I went up and picked it up at the counter and the manager that. My chicken fries were finally cooked right but instead of getting a double bacon cheeseburger, I just got a cheeseburger. This is the most unprofessional Burger King that I’ve ever been to. If I could give it a negative...
