We went yesterday and waited in line, no joke, for 20 min. The lady (Crystal, shift leader) was making sandwiches (really slowly i might add) just looked at us once in a while. No smile, very angry looking. She finally came to the register and took our order and she was horrible! I came in with my mother and grandparents, and she was so rude! Even to my sweet grandmother! My grandma was very upset about this. So we waited another 20 min and finally got our food, minus grandpa's cream for the coffee. 5 more minutes for that. Well grandpa accidentally dropped his fork, so mom went to get another one. She waited 5 minutes for a stupid fork pack! Seriously?! There were other people in there and she was mean to everyone of them. And 98% were all elderly people. And then the next lady to come in to work was SICK! I mean hacking, coughing, red nose, red eyed SICK! AND SHE STARTED MAKING FOOD! For elderly people!!! Disgusting and horrible. Both of these people need to be retrained on how to take care of customers. Not a single "hi how ya doing" or smile from either one. And don't come in sick! I have a compromised immune system and if I get something I can end up in the hospital. And my grandma has lung problems and my grandpa has heart problems. Read moreI went in to pick up an order I placed online. The woman working the front was extremely rude to customers and to the other staff. She has a horrible attitude. Another staff asked her if an order was still needing anything and she yelled at him that she was waiting on pies. She was very loudly talking bad about customers in the drive-thru that “we’re taking too long to figure out what they want” and she was physically agitated by having to make a lemonade, getting all aggressive with the cups, barking at her coworker to “get the lemonade out for me” and when he didn’t understand her she yelled, “GET THE DAMN LEMONADE OUT FOR ME!” to which he promptly followed orders like a servant. You could tell her coworker was walking on eggshells the whole time, looking at the ground, avoiding eye contact, trying to say as little as possible because he didn’t want to set her off. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! I felt so bad for him being in such an hostile environment and wish there was something I could’ve done to get him out of there. I asked for her name, then she held my bag of food up and dropped it on the counter before turning around and walking towards the back. I asked again and she said “Kay.” I doubt that’s her real name…but if it is, Kay hates her job and shouldn’t work...
Read moreThis experience was terrible. We started placing our order at around 7:45PM and it is now 8PM. We are still sitting in the window and waiting for our order. The service is trrrible and from what we can see from looking in the window the staff is joking around, one put headphones in after telling us gossip about his coworkers, and the dining room is empty. We also witnessed what looked like a fight between the workers. I didn’t feel like our order was extreme or unacceptable in any way however it seemed to throw the place into chaos. I don’t understand what just happened and I’m worried the food might give me food poising knowing these people just handled it.
After everything, we had to go in because the order was wrong and my appetite was ruined. This was terrible. When we asked for our money back the staff was initially argumentative and acted as if we were being rude and asking something unreasonable, I felt uncomfortable and unsafe.
While getting our refund the manager cointuned to complain and berate her male subordinate the entire time. She said she has been working there for 8 years but I wouldn’t know it due to the terrible experience I just suffered. I’m never coming back or going to Hardee’s again.
