I used to come here every day. Loved the morning crew. They seem to have disappeared and chaos has ensued. As of late, I have found myself going elsewhere because I am constantly getting someone else's drink and rarely ever getting the correct bagel that I order. There seems to be lack of effort on the employees part with ensuring accuracy at the drive thru. Today, for example I ordered an iced Mint Condition with white chocolate and received the drink without the mint syrup. Every time I come here, something is wrong with my order. Last week, I ordered a cinnamon Raisin bagel with honey almond and got an everything bagel. There have just been so many problems with my orders lately that its not worth the hassle in the mornings. I prefer to spend my $$ where my order is correct and the employees are nice. Your morning crew is a bunch of kids who lack customer service skills and effort. Not even a "Good Morning" or "Hello" when you pull up, you just get the card reader shoved in your face with an angry look. No "Thanks, come Again" or "Have a Nice Day" after. Their coffees and service are always super fast and polite which is why we love coming here. However, the last two times I ordered the lumberjack sandwich it was still cold in the middle. They don't heat it long enough by far. Sad because my wife use to love their lumberjack sandwich but won't order it anymore now. I ordered the Maple waffle sandwich today and the top bun/piece of the waffle was ripped/torn into 3-4 different pieces. There is no way it wasn't noticed when they initially wrapped it. The nice lady handing it to me even had a bit of a sad/guilty look on her face handing it to me when I think back on it.
Their food use to be so good and I hope this changes in the future. Food typically takes a little longer so it makes me think they prioritize their coffee speed/quality more anyway. They very well just might want coffee orders so it doesn't hold up the line. Either way, I'm not ordering food anymore here for awhile and wouldn't encourage anything else but their coffee.

Sometimes orders get lost and never made, and sometimes orders take too long to complete. The staff is usually very kind but there are a few that aren't terribly welcoming. Twice I've ordered something decaffeinated (once a tea and once a coffee) that ended up being caffeinated. This is a problem for me as a nursing mother who is trying to keep caffeine intake to a minimum. To this location's credit, it is consistently clean and provides a nice, well-lit location for socializing or working.
