I was here at about 3:30pm. I ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup and onions only. I received a sloppy mess. It was a cheeseburger with GOBS of mayo with lettuce. I actually don’t even know if there was cheese on it!!! Thank heavens I opened it while I was still in the parking lot. I got out of my car, went inside and told a guy that I didn’t get what I ordered and that I’ve never seen such a sloppy mess of a hamburger! There was mayo everywhere in the wrapper! (You for sure would have needed to wear a bib to eat it) The guy remade my cheeseburger as I ordered it, with and onion and ketchup. I went back to my car and opened the wrapper, there was enough ketchup on it for 3 sandwiches, again slopped everywhere in the wrapper!!! Is this the way they are taught how to make the sandwiches. Is this the way they would make their own sandwich. At least the flavor of the meat was good, but that’s as far as it goes. If I ever stop there again????? I will order a plain cheeseburger and packets of ketchup. How do they expect to stay in business, serving food like this. To top it off, THEY WERE OUT OF NAPKINS!!! Thank heavens I keep napkins in my car. He did apologize for no napkins, but what a mess I would have had, if I didn’t have my own!!! I didn’t get a receipt, unless it was in three first bag, with the...
Read moreAfter 10 min waiting at the drive-through and still no one over the intercom I go inside to see an understaffed night shift moving at a snail pace to help the whopping one customer for yet another 10 min while I wait patiently. I order my food and wait another 15 min, just another part of the wait I had come to expect from them. My displeasure however stems from the quality and quantity of the food to of which I was served. Waiting for 15 minutes at a fast food place for my food I would expect a certain level of quality to their food, for example for it to be warm, which mine was not. For it to not be so satiated in grease there would be a pool at the bottom of the box which came free with mine. And for it to be made right. Which mine was not. Waiting another 15 minutes, one could expect an appropriate quantity. For example to get more the TWO ONION RINGS when ordering onion rings. To get more than TWELVE FRENCH FRIES (yes I counted) with your order of regular French fries. And to get the cookie that comes with your meal, which I did not. To finish this review, if you want to wait 1hr for $10 of food, go to a restaurant. And if you want to get the food you order and all of it that you ordered, go to almost any other food...
Read moreLegitimately the worst Hardee's I've ever visited. I am not basing this on one experience. In the morning, I think Hardee's has the breakfast game hands down over other competitors, but the service at this location makes it worth your time to visit another location in the city. The morning manager is rude, they never seem to have enough morning staff so they will refuse to make your food, they don't open on time, so don't stop before work if you work anything earlier than 10 am. Half the time you won't get your food in under 12 minutes either.
Oh and speaking of 10:30 when they switch to lunch, don't be 4 minutes early. They won't make a consideration if you're on a time crunch. That's a consistency thing I get it, but they are not reasonable. I've been to other Hardee's franchises that will serve you lunch at ANY time of the day. You may have to wait longer, but they will make it if you want it. Maybe that sets a false expectation of customer experience the company offers. I can understand and appreciate that, but there's no reason to be a dumpster fire of rude mismanagement and customer service.
Legitimately the worst managed Hardee's in...
