This place has horrible customer service. I will never do business with them again. I ordered a 4 pack of cookies online but when I got there they claimed they never received my order. No order confirmation from the app so something was clearly wrong with there system. However they could clearly see I paid for the cookies via my US bank transactions and my Apple Pay clearly showed that I payed for the cookies showing the time and the day. Instead of honoring that they made me pay again for more cookies and told me to call customer service, to me that was horrible business. This place is a total scam, beware when placing orders online. Lisa K has horrible customer service she’s the one with the long hair. Very rude and to top it off they also… They also charged my credit card 3 more times for cookies I never got. The 1800 number that I had to call is also very rude and unprofessional.

We stopped in to pick up cookies I was surprised by the wide variety of flavors available, unlike other local shops that only have 5 or 6. You can purchase individual cookies or get a discount on multi packs. Cookies are classified as classic or deluxe. They also have brownies and ice cream options! Those locations has a huge delivery radius. And they are open very late.

Hats off to Lisa & her Insomnia Crew! I had a massive order needed for a retirement party at work on Friday - but since they didn't open until 2PM, I'd have to get them Thursday night, being that our event was at 9:30AM Friday.

Lisa wasn't happy with the thought of us presenting day-old cookies to our staff & offered to come in before the shop even opened, to accommodate our group! She hammered out our 15 dozen cookies & we scooped them up at 9AM - they were still warm & amazing at the 9:30AM party time!

Cookies were even all individually wrapped/boxed up - they worked out perfectly!! Our staff raved about how good they were - and we've tried all sorts over the years: Crumbl, HyVee, Costco, Cheryl's, you name it!

Huge thanks to Lisa & Insomnia Cookies for going above & beyond for us - we really appreciate all your efforts to make our event a tasty one! We'll definitely be...
