Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Cedar Rapids

I walked in on 2 female employees in deep conversation.... They seemed bothered to have a customer.... Ordered my usual #7 ( awesome sandwich ) .... She repeated back .... # 3 ? ...... No # 7 Order came to $9.42 .... I gave her a $20 bill.....she gave me .58 change...... I said ..hey I gave you a $20 bill....she said .... No you didn't... You gave me a $10 bill in an argumentive voice..... the other employee came over opened up the register and realized there was no $10 bill in the till instead she stuck a $20 bill with the tens would be. .they seemed irritated to be WRONG . Never got an apology or points. How disappointing

Thursday October...

Ordered a jj ask for extra sauce and Mayonnaise and onions. Got the extra onions, no extra sauce. Anything still had cheese on it after it has not to have this place really needs that new management or the owner to look at something better because every time I order from there, it's always messed up, i would definitely go to a different Jimmy John's, if this wasn't the only one that delivered to me if I could give zeros all the way across-the-board, it would be zeros. But here we are, worst jimmy john's in...

The last 2 times I have ordered while at work has been awful, first was 35 minutes to get the food, and sandwhich was made wrong. Tonight, took 20+ minutes, bottom of bread was hard and just not a good quality and the cookie was stale. This chips were bomb but other than that, highly disappointed with last 2 experiences, wont try a 3rd chance! I also work in the food industry, as where I get my food delivered to, but...
