I wish i could give a zero but that's not an option here, we arrived on saturday march 16th, we walked about 4:20, the place wasnt very busy there was some people at the bar and had a few tables going. We stood at the front for a while nobody acknowledged us so we sat a table and then got someone to come over. we order appetizers about 430 boneless wings and pickle spears. Waitress came back and we ordered meals. We sat for over an hour because our appetizers even came to us and then our meal came 1 minute after. I had asked what was taking so long before we got our food, which we told they were busy. The waitress then informed us we were the second ticket up so the food should be coming. I asked how can we be the second ticket with over an hour on wait for our food. She didnt have an answer. I asked for the supervisor she said he is pulling food. I said thats good for them but im asking for a supervisor i would like to talk to the person in charge. She said they are busy and it would be a few, we get into our food and i let a little bit pass. I then asked again for a supervisor because the food we ordered so should not have taken more than an hour and it was unacceptable. The waitress said hold on comes back and says they said call back next week when are not so busy. I explained thats not how this works and would like to speak to them. i was declined again. I did not tip the waitress at all on a 45.00 bill for pickle spears, boneless wings, a salad, and mac and cheese which i felt was over priced to begin and i left a note stating why she was not getting a tip. I will still be calling and speaking with someone over the situation. needless to say we will never be back and never recommend anyone...
Read moreDecided to try a new place when our hoped for spot was already closed. When we arrived a little before 9, it was pretty quiet. Just two at the bar and us. Within a half hour there were about 20 more! With the brick walls and hard surfaces, it got noisy fast! The bartender was also our server and did a great job keeping all her plates spinning. We had the onion rings, which we were told are made fresh. They were a little salty for my taste buds, but good. Crunchy and served with a cup of ranch. Also split a pasta dish: grilled chicken with broccoli and a creamy white sauce with curly noodles. Was way more than the two of us could ear, but will make a good lunch tomorrow! The sauce, though plentiful, seemed a little bland-- could have used some minced garlic or seasoned salt perhaps...? So, we were glad we'd tried something new-- it was good, but not great enough to warrant a return for us, personally, but few make that list. Fun extras: dartboards and an electric bull in the center of a padded area with seating around the bar that fences it in. Have to sign a waiver to try. The warnings make it sound like it's most suited for the young and flexible or...
Read moreNot worth even 1 star. We arrivedfor dinner a little after 7pm. The bar was fairly quiet, less then 5 tables filled and maybe another 15 people seated around the bar. We ordered our dinner shortly after arrival, consisting of 2 chicken tender and fry meals, a honey mustard chicken wrap with fries and a hot beef meal. After waiting entirely too long; nearly 45 mins, our food arrived with no apology for the wait. My husband's hot beef was cold, my wrap and fries were lukewarm at best, my son's chicken tasted off and my daughter was served fish tenders instead of chicken. I have never been so disappointed and dumbfounded at the carelessness of the kitchen staff and at a restaurant. How do you mix chicken and fish tenders up and why would you obviously plate the hot beef meal before anything else is done? I truly hope that neither of my kids get sick from attempting to eat the food they brought them tonight. Do yourself a favor and find a better...
