0 stars, An older man immediately asked for my order and told me the price 14 dollars, I said I have a coupon and he said to all of the younger employees working to make pizzas, "now I have to cancel out his order". Next he told me "do you see all of the people behind you that are going to have to wait". I had not given him my card yet, so I did (I should have left) and he pretended to reverse the charge (I was shocked) and then need my card back to charge the 10 dollar coupon price. In fact, I checked my account and he had charged me twice, first for 14 and then for 10. Maybe he was having a bad day.? This ruins what had been a service that we frequented often. They are fast. Hate being negative but the gentleman who served me tonight was just in a bad mood. Came in around 7:15 approx 45 min before close and they were already emptying the wells and starting to close. The gentleman who took my order was in a pretty bad mood and clearly just wanted to close which I understood that didnt bother me. But the 2 family size pizzas I ordered just had very very little toppings on them of any kind which just kinda rubbed me the wrong way. Please dont ruin my order because your angry and want to close. The two girls running the shop tonight were quick and helpful. I've written off PM for a long time but the pizza is great! Good customer service and a tidy shop.
