Starbucks — Restaurant in Cedar Rapids

If I could give zero stars I would. I order 7-10 lattes from Starbucks a week and the customer service has been getting worse and worse in the last couple of months. Today takes the cake though, they took 20 minutes to make my latte, the girl who took the order didn't hear my order correctly and missed the oatmilk in my order. I didn't realize it until I was a block down the road annoying enough that I had to turn back and have them remake it but then the blonde working tried to say it was my fault that I didn't order the latte that I order 7-10 a week right... after taking another 5 minutes to remake my coffee when no one was in the store. And then when I let her know that I did order the latte correctly, the other girl just clearly didn't hear me correctly and did not read the order back or ask for clarification when she didn't, she said "you don't have to get an attitude with me"... idk what kind of customer service training these employees are getting but I will definitely be taking my business...

After my experience at the other blairs ferry starbucks it's nice to know they aren't all like that. This staff was very pleasant. Wished me a good day when they handed me my drink. AND here's the kicker....... my drink was actually correct. Now idk what would've happened if it wasn't but I'm sure they wouldn't have raised their voice at me, remake the wrong drink wrong again. (Gave me apple instead of peppermint.... both times) and not another word, no apologies, no have a nice day. Safe to say when u compare the 2 establishments.... this one handle takes the cake. Keep up...

This place goes above and beyond I swear, they want to know the customers and heck I go there at least twice a week and they know that I get the same thing for mobile order when today I didn’t and just showed up the cashier who took my order told me she did a double take when she saw my car because she’s been there most of the time and was worried she forgot my order.
