We went to Happy Daz mid afternoon and the restaurant only had a few people eating and no one in line. It all went down hill when we started to order. First, I told the cashier I would like xyz burger and make it a combo as well. The cashier then enters the order and asks if I wanted a combo. I repeated my self again along with a reg Dr.Pepper. She then asks what I would like to drink, I repeat my drink order again to her then she then asks if I wanted Diet. Told her I wanted a REGULAR Dr.Pepper (3rd time now). She proceeds to fill it up with Diet, I correct her again and she dumps it all out fills the cup up with reg Dr.P and forgets the ice. I told her I would like ice, she then throws away the cup starts all over. Now my friend orders and she asks for her sandwich to have lettuce on it since it doesn't come with it already. The cashier then proceeds to input no lettuce on a sandwich that doesn't come with one. My friend had to correct her and asked to verify it came with celery and ranch. After awhile the cashier finally found it on the menu board and said I think so. The fountain pop was not calibrated correctly and the Dr.P tasted extremely syrupy. I know this kind of thing happens, so I informed the worker and asked for a Root Beer, same thing, tasted awful. I went back and got a different pop. We get our food and they forgot the celery and ranch, my burger was dripping grease, cold, and the bun was smushed. I go up and tell them that my food is cold and greesy. The cashier gave me a dirty look and yells back to the kitchen staff that "The food cold" and to which they say she needs to put it in the register to create a ticket for them. She then struggles to do this as I watch her mess it up several times for a few minutes. I go back and wait at my table and my friend is done with her food. The cashier brings back my food awhile later and it is at least hot but soaked in grease. As she handed me my food she had an extremely nasty tone saying "Here you go sirrr". We will not be returning to any Happy Daz location again. I can understand mistakes when it is busy, but with hardly anyone inside or going through the drive through it makes it hard to have sympathy for the extremely rude and unprofessional cashier. The fact she is incompetent of filling a cup with pop and following basic instructions makes me question the intelligence of the management at this restaurant.
I am unsure how to message you directly. Do you have an email I may...
Read moreI had the extreme pleasure of eating at Happy Daz Saturday! An experience I have been waiting to enjoy for some time now. My experience was above the bar! They have a nice selection of food to choose from but I went with a timeless classic the Bacon Cheeseburger and chili cheese fries! And a chocolate milkshake. My friends also tried the cheese curds which were probably our favorite in terms of sides. They were full of flavor! The best I've ever had...actually. The burgers were the champions for my friend and i who enjoyed the BBQ bacon Cheeseburger. The chicken tenders were very tender and juicy but I wasn't the biggest fan of the breading...im very picky when it comes to tenders..lol The milkshakes!! The creaminess of the frozen desert is what I will probably bring me back everytime! The light and creamy yet thick shake was much enjoyed and I hear the pineapple Marshmallow flavor is a local favorite but I got down with the chocolate and the peanut butter shake made with reeses butter cups! Holy moly! The staff was kind and attentive to all of our needs before we had to even think about asking for anything! Friendly, spacious and a delightful atmosphere! I would rate this place 20 stars if given the chance! You guys made me a Happy Daz fan! Great job! 👍 I'll...
Read moreActually had a little bit higher expectations visiting here but sadly they were not met at all. Was the food ok? Sure it was. Was the customer service good? It wasn't too bad. Was the price on point? For the most part. About $37 for 2 adults and 2 kids.
The make your own chicken wraps sounded good. I've been everywhere trying a chicken wrap. I got mine and it was more cheese than actual chicken. The person behind the counter didn't think it came with any sauce on it. It came with buffalo sauce. It overall just wasn't balanced right. The cheese, chicken, sauce ratio. Parts seemed warm and other parts seemed cold. So it was ok. The fries were standard nothing stood out just typical crickle cut.
The cheeseburgers were premade patties. Pretty average. Heat and serve bacon.
I thought it would be better with the milk shakes but unfortunately not. A chocolate shake just seemed very light on the chocolate. Not impressed by it.
The service was good. The workers appearance could of been a little more professional and not have hand drawn stuff on their arms etc.
Would I visit again? I would probably give them another try. It wasn't horrible by any means because I've seen horrible but it definitely could be...
