Zero stars would be too much ! Horrible customer service! Called to address wrong order asked to speak with the store manager. A lady who claimed to be the Assistant manager said the store manager was up front taking orders. It would have been simple to except this if only this âassistant managerâ said it politely, or acted professionally in any manner, but she did not , her response was âwhat is your problemâ? What do you wantâ? Also if you are an assistant then you should be cross trained to relieve the store manager to take a pressing call. Going through the drive through the customer service is exceptionally unprofessional, if you have a customer question you should not be spoke down to or argued with. Celina is an amazing friendly place , more so than most places in the US in the hospitality industry, but this franchise puts a bad vibe and feel to this lovely friendly town. No where does it say this is the only option for pick up on the app. It simply says âat storeâ not inside or drive thru. So at store implies either option. I have an infant so going inside is not an option for me. Their service and understanding of the situation was deplorable. I also placed my order prior to arriving at the drive thru speaker. So they claimed when I got to the window for pick up that it wasnât ready. How not? The typical turn time is speaker to drive thru window for every single car they serve. She then proceeded to tell me the prices were not outrageous, and that I had came in on a buy one get one half of day. I then told her I was not talking to her and she had the audacity to give me the silent treatment with a bad look on her face the whole time. Then after she gave me my coffee, she then did a 180 degrees turn, then put her hands up in anger. I give my experience a 0/10 and will not be returning to the Celina Biggby.
