If you're going to have a business operating, maybe don't allow a bunch of teenagers to "run" it and have one answering the phone claiming to be a general manager. I get the same burrito everytime, only thing I substitute is the meat. Each time previously it's like they don't want to follow a mobile order instruction. This time I get my burrito, I guess since I put in the instructions this time to please not mess my burrito up again they just took it as a vendetta to give me a burrito that was more shell then "portions". My husband's burrito the southwest ranch made to description was huge and had plenty of filings in it. When called the kid wants to say it must of been custom and there's nothing he could do about it. I'm a smaller woman, it had nothing to do with the portion. It was the fact that this burrito was a regular burrito but folded to a little burrito with nothing but tortilla. When asked if he wanted me to bring it back up he just stated there was nothing he could do and he didnt know why i was arguing over portions. Ridiculous I pay 21$ for a meal and you guys want a pay raise and can't even do your job or show decent customer service. All the employees walked to the back and forced one of the boys from the back to come up front and helped me while they stood there ignoring me talking amongst themselves. Since I was the only customer in the restaurant at the time it highly annoyed me. The food line was very messy. The food tasted like hot heads which is always good.
