Went to their moving sale a month ago which said everything must go. Looked around the store for around 30 minutes and nobody ever came to help. We found the 'boys club' downstairs and told one of them we were looking at a small kitchen table set. It was made in Malaysia and the original MSRP supposedly said it was over $1000 which is ridiculous. I found a similar one online for a fraction. The salesman said he could do $500 so I offered half since it was a sale and everything must go. He rudely said this isn't a thrift store and can't negotiate like that and just walked away downstairs to the other salesmen. If I could give a zero on my experience, I would. I will never buy anything from them after the way that I was treated. I went to see about buying some furniture for my house. I was greeted by a male salesman. I told him what I was looking for, and he said that they have plenty to pick from, and if I needed any help, I just needed to let a salesman know. So while I was still looking, he came back, and we started to talk. The next thing I knew, he walked away from me and started to talk another couple and helping them out. If a gentleman has been in the business for 25 years as I heard him telling the couple he was waiting on, and he has treated other customers the way he treated me. Bought a new recliner and brought it home. Called them the next day to let them know there is a problem with the chair. 3 days later when I call them again about the same problem I told them I wanted a new chair but they said they would come fix it they wouldn't give a new one or a refund.
