Friendly staff, especially considering how they are working through the pandemic. Drive through will get backed up from time to time, but the lobby is open for walk ins right now too.
The only knock is the manager my wife dealt with the other day, when she walked in, wasn't very nice. Could have just been the day or the situation, but he was rude when she asked about the lobby being open for walk in ordering.
Update 4/16/21: After two straight incredibly slow experiences at the drive thru window, I had to amend my review. This morning we were four cars back and spent over 10 minutes from order to food. This isn't the deal breaker for me, it was the fact my order was wrong and didn't have one of the two breakfast sandwiches to go with the two hash browns.
Fun way to start the day, when one of your two kids doesn't get a breakfast sandwich. I will just drive a little past work from now on to go to a more reliable drive thru on the rare occasions we are making a stop outside the home for breakfast.

Read moreWe have been to this McDonald’s several times. We are trying to support locally and have given this McDonald’s several opportunities to do and be better. Alas this particular McDonalds team members are rude and indifferent towards customers. My wife order through the app and it was a big order. They forgot our kids meal. Went inside to get it and they did not care they forgot. Did not apologize at all. Got our food and went home. Food was cold. We live 3 minutes away. Fries were stale. Drinks had not ice in them. It just wasn’t a great experience again. I feel like they think they are the only game in town so they give sub par service. Sub par food. And we have to deal with it. We will be headed south from now on to get food instead of visiting this McDonald’s again. I know this is one family and it won’t hurt them much but when you spend $50 to $60 dollar every time at places like this to feed your family it adds up. Read moreThe majority of the staff here are normally very friendly and efficient so I usually stop at this location to pick up a breakfast sandwich with coffee. However, this morning, the lights were on, but nobody appeared to be home. I went to the drive-through and I patiently waited for literally two minutes with nobody greeting me. I then briefly tapped on my horn waited another minute but still Nobody greeted me. I finally looked up their phone number and made a phone call & a gentleman by the name of Vincent answered the phone. He told me that they were “unable to serve me because the manager called off sick”. OK? Were you just gonna let me sit there all day without greeting me or telling me anything?? So I asked him “So you’re not open?” He replied “No, we Are open, but we’re just not serving any food because we don’t have a manager here right now”.
