Two stars, the crust was well-made on par as any other restaurant. But that was about it. I'm not sure if it's this location, or another but it is Anthony's Pizza & Pasta's franchise nevertheless. Apart from the well-made crust, other are quite subpar. This is my first time ordering from this franchise due to a DoorDash free delivery promotion. I specifically mentioned that I wanted pepperoni and pineapple as topping ($1.00 each topping), while the pineapple was done correctly, they replaced my pepperoni with huge slices of ham. Now I know ham arguably cost more than the pepperoni, but this is not the point, ham doesn't taste the same as the pepperoni-- in result a bland, tasteless, and lackluster pizza. Not only they messed up the pepperoni, but also the pizza is very crudely made. The topping seemed like someone just took a huge slab of cheese, toss it onto the pizza then throws it into the microwave (not oven); worse part is, the ham is under the cheese with the sauce. They didn't cut the pizza properly (I'm in a situation where knife is not available) so when you want to take a slice, the cheese drags the topping among the other slices, off of the pizza because the cheese is too thick and not properly cut. This is probably the worst pizza experience I have ever had. I'm that type of guy who will put food in his mouth that has been made with minimum effort and still will say it's delicious; for me to say something is poorly made, you have to really mess up. Granted, if the pizza tasted better-- all the thick cheese, ham, and poor effort could be somewhat neglected. But so far, the only redeemable value of this pizza is the crust, and the free delivery; however, what's the point of free deliver if the pizza is already $15 (not including tax and tips)? One can say I am a picky eater/have high standard, but again, I'm not; as I said earlier I will eat food that are made with minimum effort and still give it a 5-stars rating. The only compelling factor for me to even finish the pizza is its price. If it's $5 like it is at Little Caesar, then maybe less so. I understand this comment will appear to be somewhat harsh or even rude, but that's not the intention. It is my honest review in hope to let the management know what's going on. Or maybe because I'm ordering online and they are busy with other orders, so they value speed over effort-- but in general does not represent their normal standard. Perhaps, if Anthony's Pizza steps up their effort one day, I might order again. Aside from restaurant eat-in reviews, the "delivery tab" on Google review show quite some low ratings. Is it me or it's the consensus? I personally don't know.

It's obvious that people are spoiled little brats. Don't pay attention to the bad reviews on this one. We have been going here a long time and the owner is an awesome guy. He goes out of his way to talk with his customers and really cares about what we think of the food and our experience. If there's a problem, which mistakes do happen from time to time (because we are human, are we not?), the owner ALWAYS makes it right. A lot of people seem to think we are all androids or something and don't make mistakes. The way I see it is, as long as it doesn't happen every time, and they make it right, it's ok. The store is always clean and the food is fresh and delicious. The employees, including the owner are amazing and go out of their way for us. When we have had things delivered, it's always been delivered in a timely manner (we do live in close proximity to the store though) and the drivers are so sweet. They told me that they have a HUGE delivery area, sometimes going as far as 10 miles away and they try to make sure it's delivered as quick as possible. Never seen any bugs in the store so I think that other person is just trying to slander them because they are an overall unhappy person, brainwashed by the major corporate world we live in, that doesn't want to see a small business thrive. What a shame... We will continue to go here as long as Anthony's is around! We absolutely love it and have always had a great experience! :)

Anthony's contacted me and made right. Thank you! I’m not giving up on them. When I have had it in the past, it was outstanding. Always willing to try again when a company makes up for a bad experience Ordered online pickup. They tried to send one wrong pizza. Thank goodness we checked before leaving. There’s not common combinations so a supreme type was an additional $14. $35 pizza and they put pepperoncini not green pepper. How do you work in pizza place and not know difference? Even double checked to make sure I hadn’t hit wrong button. Got about dozen small pieces of Italian sausage on the entire thing and about two cans of sliced black olives and tons of unwanted pepperoncini. The ingredients weren’t drained well, so the middle of the pizza was soggy. If I spend the extra for good pizza, I expect a quality pizza. Lost me with that experience. Brought the pizza to see in town friends for very quick visit so I didn’t want to waste the precious time with them to replace and have one ice cold by time done. Sad. See photo of $35 mess.

I've lived within 10 minutes of this Anthony's for years. I've been a frequent customer at this location, and for years it's been consistently good. However, In the last two or three months that has changed. I usually get two or three slices with different toppings and carry them out. The last three orders I've placed, the pizza is either burnt to a crisp or is absolutely swimming in grease. How do you not know that you're placing a slice in a box that is black on the bottom. A pizza slice that is so burnt, that when I got it home, I was able to SNAP the slice in two! I had to throw it away. Couldn't even give it to the dog for fear it would make him sick! I'd call the store to complain but the girl that works there is rude, unfriendly and makes it a point, through her tone and demeanor, to show all that she couldn't care less. Imagine ordering a whole pie (which at Anthony's is like 25 bucks) and getting it home and you either have to use paper towels to soak up the grease so you can eat it, or you have to throw it out cuz this Anthony's hires pizza "chefs" who apparently can't keep track of how long a pizza has been in the oven. Hey pizza cook, if the smoke alarm is going off, it might be time to take the pizza out of the oven! Bad experiences once in a while is okay. But when every experience is absolutely unsatisfactory, then that another story. It shows that Anthony's Pizza and Pasta, the corporation, doesn't care at all about providing quality food with good service at a descent price. This location has terrible store management because Anthony's has terrible corporate management. There are many other options for pizza in my neighborhood. Anthony's doesn't deserve my business!

Update 03/37/22 - I did contact Anthony's and I shared all of my bad experiences just like Anthony's told me to do in response to my original review. NOTHING! Crickets. mI asked them to please contact me and I left them the info needed to do so. They did not contact me. I was never offered an aplogy nor a refund nor more free, burnt pizza. Like I said, Anthony's doesn't care about the quality of the...
