I read the other reviews. I disagree. I highly suspect Mi did something to our food and I want to puke now. The way she asked without being prompted, how was the food? Maybe you had to be there. But the food was not good. I politely told her it was. Overall bad experience for me. She was talking on the phone and I got the feeling she was saying that she was going to hurt us. Couldn't trust the food or the person and now I want to puke. I would definitely not recommend this place. Aside from my personal experience it was dirty. Dirty on the vents, dirty on the decorations, dirty behind the counter, salt and pepper shaker were dirty, overall felt like nothing got cleaned. There were other subtle negative nuanced things that I couldn't quite put my finger on like static between me and the lady working at the place. MJ Cafe is an absolute gem! The owner is one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet—she truly puts love into every dish she serves. Her teriyaki chicken and Korean bulgogi are incredibly flavorful, and the sandwiches are always fresh and delicious. What a rare find secret in DTC! Besides burrito,sandwich, breakfast/lunch item, the Korean owner makes teriyaki chicken ( including salad, dumpling) , ramen. Fried rice, bulgoggi beef and fried dumpling and sometimes Korean glass noodle. The price is amazing deal in DTC, all less than $10! I go there whenever I did my doc appt and Pt care weekly.
