Sparkles Bakery — Restaurant in Greenwood Village

So I ordered a Mickey Mouse cake for my grandson's third birthday party. When I went to go pick up the cake she greeted me out the door with the box. She didn't even give me a chance to look at it. When I got to the car I opened the box to look at the cake and yes it was cute, however it wasn't the color I was expecting. When I got it home I took it out of the box, and there were no decorations on the back of the cake. It was blank. It also did not have the clouds or the yellow icing around the cake. I have not had a chance to taste the cake. So I cannot vouch for that. I was expecting it to look like the photo I sent. Of course I didn't want the banner that was on the cake. But it just looks...

I unfortunately did not have a good experience with Sparkles. It was my daughter’s 6th Birthday and I requested a specific Taylor Swift cake with photos and a phone call with what I wanted. She agreed and charged me in full before picking up the cake. When I picked up the cake all of the fun elements were not included as we had agreed upon. I let her know how disappointing it was and the response was it was a crazy week and that she would take 20% off my NEXT order. She didn’t make it right and there would be no chance I would order from her again. Very disappointed to say the least. On another note, the cake was not good, very dry and none of the kids...

I ordered cupcakes for my son's birthday. I gave a brief description of the galaxy theme, and Kayla did an absolutely amazing job. I wish I remembered to take pictures of all the cupcakes together. They were so beautiful. They were perfectly balanced and not too sweet. And the frosting! I don't like frosting, but Kayla's frosting was so light and creamy, I ate all of it and wished for more.
