If I could give them 0 stars I would. Our company orders from East Moon at least once a week with 5-8 orders each time. Needless to say, we spend a lot of money at East Moon. Normally everything's fine, nothing above average and nothing below average, it's just the only Asian place around that delivers. Yesterday we had 5 orders for over $60 total. After an hour and a half, and 3 phone calls where the guy says "It be there any minute!" the food shows up and it was under the wrong address so it had been driven to another place first, and all of the food wasn't even warm at all. They still expected us to pay for it! The driver said for the inconvenience we could get a free order of wontons....OH WAIT they already forgot our free order of wontons we get every time with the coupon on the menu, so he said he would give us 3!!!!!!! Oh my gosh, $60 and we get free wontons? I called and spoke to the manager and he said he would give us the wontons and 1 meal for free. This place has the crappiest customer service! I will never order from this terrible restaurant again! If you think it's ok to make customer's pay for cold food, not comp anything and then offer a freaking order of wontons for 5 meals? You just lost a lot of money, and I hope this review warns people about your sub-par food and your...

Worst experience with delivery ever. The quality was horrendous as the food was mostly inedible. The tuna was brown and no one in our home was brave enough to even try it. The sushi rolls looked as though a child had made them as they were sloppy and falling apart. Teriyaki chicken came with no sauce and the spring rolls were layers of paper with hardly anything inside. The rock Shrimp were unseasoned and half of what we expected and the same can be said for the Savichi which only had 1 shrimp and was less then a tablespoon full. We spent $177 + tip and ended throwing everything away. We called the restaurant to let them know our disappointment only to be told to bad and they don't get many complaints. We requested to speak to a manager and they refused to come to the phone having the hostess tell us again to just deal with it. Do not waste your time or money ordering or going to this place as you will be disappointed. Not sure if the place is under new ownership or management as it was one of our favorites in the past but whatever happened it has fallen well below exceptable. Don't waste your time or money on this place folks. You'd be better off at the $1.30 a scoop on Federal and Hampden. Btw...if it would let me load pictures of the mess we received I would up load them but...

Absolutely horrible service. During all my time driving for Uber Eats I have never experience worst service. The lady working, taking orders to the patio (because of the virus) was incredibly rude. They have a note on the front door that says call this number to pick up a take out order. Well I had call the number five time it sent me to voicemail each time. So I went to the patio and no one came to ask me anything. There for I peaked my head in to ask. Which is when she became rude yelling at me to call the number which I explained calmly. Uber Eats had messed up the name so I gave to wrong name then saw they had corrected it in which I gave her the right name. She yelled and said I can’t have you in the store (which I wasn’t I was still outside I just had opened the door) she proceeded to say I told you to call the number on the door. While walking towards me with the food. (Which remind you I had called it five times and told her nicely the phone number on the door didn’t work) I asked her to stop being so rude this is how people loose business. She slammed the food down and went back inside. I’ve never had worst service and I use to eat here all the time. This time during this pandemic I would expect way better service like I have revived from...

I really wanted to give this restaurant a five-star review because there are so many things to like about it. The ambiance is fantastic—the decor is modern, the vibe is relaxed, and it's a great spot for a casual meal or a date night. However, my experience with the food left me feeling a bit underwhelmed. Although the menu has a lot of variety and I was excited to try a few dishes, the wait time for the food was longer than expected, even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. When the dishes finally arrived, they didn't quite live up to the anticipation. While not bad, the flavors lacked the freshness and boldness I've enjoyed at other restaurants in the area. The quality was just okay, and considering the many great alternatives nearby, it felt a bit mediocre in comparison. Overall, I enjoyed the atmosphere but found the food to be a little disappointing, especially given the wait.

East Moon Asian Bistro & Sushi is hands down my favorite sushi spot in Colorado. The quality here is top-notch, making every visit an extraordinary culinary experience. The sushi is consistently fresh and beautifully presented, truly embodying the essence of fine dining. During my recent visit, I tried the Yaki Soba, which was recommended by our wonderful waitress, Lilly. The dish was absolutely amazing, bursting with flavors and perfectly cooked. Lilly’s service was superior—she was attentive, knowledgeable, and added a personal touch that made our dining experience exceptional. If you’re in Colorado and craving some outstanding sushi and Asian cuisine, East Moon Asian Bistro & Sushi is the place to go. Highly recommended!

Ave been here several times over the last few years and have always enjpyed the food and service. Stopped by for lunch today and we had the sesame chicken and sweet & sour shrimp. Had both the wonton soup and the hot & sour soup as well. Shrimp were large and both sauces were great. The broth for the wonton soup was deep and very flavorful and the noodle wrappers were very nice and not too thick. The hot & sour soup was also very good with a nice medium heat and spice flavor. Service was friendly and and quick. Quality and service have been consistent and definitely will continue to eat here when in the area.
