Zero Stars, every time! Why do I go back? I go back every 4-5 months, hoping that there was a transition in employees, or maybe a proper training program was implemented, yet I'm disappointed every time. What happened to this chain of restaurants? I can see that the managers do not care, and neither do the area managers; this place is just a paycheck. 10/26/2023 at 7:45pm, I stopped by the location on Smoky Hill and Buckley across the parking lot from Walmart. I ordered food from the kiosk inside. The order took about 20 minutes (even though there weren't any patrons in the drive through or in the lobby. I received half of my order, and I also received someone else's. The other half of my actual order walked into the door with another patron, who complained about receiving my order. The "manager" took their bag to the cook line, added a fry to the bag, then gave it to me, even though that order had left the store. What!? I lightly scolded him, telling him that he was putting me at risk and he states, "they didn't hardly open the bag." What!? I opened the bag, noticed that it was tampered with, plus two items were incorrect. He saw how upset my expression was, then quickly took that bag, leaving the other before I could speak. They proceeded to remake the entire order (he didn't communicate that), then gave it to me 15 more minutes later. I checked the bags again and the order was still incorrect! I opened up the incorrect order and he argued with me in regards to what goes on the order. He then realized that they were at fault, remade it, and handed me the bag and walked off. What in the Taco Gods is going on here? In my teens, I was an Area manager of Taco Bell, and all of my restaurants had a 5 star ranking. My point? I don't care about a $40 order, all we all want is the correct food, good service, and an apology if you do something incorrect. Sorry for the book, I used to work there and I loved making people happy by providing great service, every time...but now, I'll never go back. Update: This Taco Bell was on the show ā€˜Law & Crime’ for an alleged rat poision and cleaning agent incident in January 2023! View the link below: https://youtu.be/Nggao2AJVe8?si=fP1WJ2homTayu2mU

Every single Denver Taco Bell is a nightmare. Who would’ve thought I’d have a perfect experience in AURORA? Not me, but this is the best Taco Bell I’ve been to. My mobile order was ready fast, it was correct, portion sizes were good, the restaurant was spotlessly clean in late afternoon, and the employee was actually very friendly! This is how it should be everywhere, yes, but in multiple Denver locations I’ve been cussed out by employees, ignored at the counter for 6+ minutes, bad food, hidden mobile orders, drugged up homeless overtaking restaurants, always locked up bathrooms, screaming employees, etc. Kudos to this Aurora location.

If you're wanting"fast food" don't come here! First off I come in an waited about 5, 6. I know that doesn't seem long but for a fast food joint not to even come and see if I need help at the country for 5 minutes is stupid. So I go on my app and order. My order said it'll be ready in 3 minutes. Almost 13 minutes later someone asked if I needed help. I replied yeah I order online and I'm still waiting. From the pics you can see it said my order would be ready at 7:18. It's now 7:37 and I finally got it. I've spent a total of almost 30 minutes at this place to wait take my own order, and expo my own order. Lol. Don't bother.

Used the Taco Bell app to order ahead and pick up through the drive through to make things easier (which did not in fact make it easier). I did what it said to do by letting them know that I was there for my drive through pick up. They said they had my order and to pull ahead to the window. There were 3 cars in front of me. When I reached the window I was handed my drinks but my food had not been made yet. The next car's order was made instead of mine. I was politely asked to pull around to the front, and that someone would bring my food out to me shortly. I waited and saw 3 more cars pull through and realized they were not in fact bringing my food out. So I went inside. This was difficult due to recent knee replacement surgery, but I needed my food. When I got inside there was no one at the counter helping others standing and waiting for their orders. I called for help and eventually someone from the food line asked how they could help. I explained my situation as I watched 2 more cars get their orders. Turns out they never made it. They finished the order they were working on then started on my order from scratch. Eventually got my food and a half hearted apology then left quite frustrated. Wish this was the first time this location had botched up my order in some way but it was about the 3rd consecutive time. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because this time they actually got the order correct and the food tasted as it should. But will I go here again? Likely not, and I've gone to this very one for about 25 years. There is no good way to get your food here. If you order it inside They will spend their time filling the drive through orders first. If you pre order through their app, they will ignore your order, if you get it through the drive through it will probably come out wrong. Save yourself the headache and go to any other Taco Bell in the Denver metro area. This one is severely understaffed and they only care about making sure their drive through wait average...

UPDATE: a week or so after I posted this review I got a phone call from the regional manager of the branch. He indicated that there was some changes in management and struggles with hires. He ensured me it would get ironed out soon and even gave me some food vouchers. I decided to give it a shot again a couple weeks ago (today is 6/21/18) and they had all the items, the staff was friendly and the speed through the drive through wasn't half bad considering there was a line. I was impressed and am glad to see things back to the way they should be. Updated to 4/5 stars.

OLD REVIEW: Shut this place down. It's a joke. I don't typically frequent Taco Bell but with this one being so close and "convenient" for me I've gone a couple times. The last 3 times my girlfriend has gone they have claimed twice that they were "out of food" and another time the "server was down". Just for grins I went by and took the drive through the other night and the same story, "server was down so they couldn't take payment". Give me a break. Just to be sure I called tonight and asked if my girlfriend came by that there was actual food and the system was working. Sure enough, "our server is rebooting at the moment...". Don't waste your time on this place. The owner if this particular store should be ashamed of themselves and I'm sure they're losing money hand over fist based on the last 3-4 months of lack of service they've provided. Read the other...
