I have NEVER experienced a worse customer service experience at a restaurant IN MY LIFE! i went to the drive thru line to order my food and let them know i had a coupon in my email. the lady on the mic instantly huffed and puffed asking "what for", i said "it says buy a drink and get a free sandwich" she continued to say "get anything that doesnt have bacon, go ahead with your order" i explained that the coupon states i can get any sandwich except the Baconzilla, Bacon Buford and triple sandwich and i wanted the chicken sandwich with bacon.... their next statement through the mic blew my mind, she said "you must did not hear me" then a male voice came on the speaker saying "you can NOT get anything with bacon" very loud, very aggressive. i continued to try explaining what the coupon said and stated that i can show them, then a third male voice came on saying "listen, you order it and it does not work thats on you and you WILL pay full price. I said "i understand that, the issue is you aren't listening to me and what i am explaining what the coupon says" then 1 of the male voices came back on LOUDLY stated, "take that coupon somewhere else we aren't serving you" imagine my shock!!! all that had to be done was ring it up and if it did not work i would pay. while he was saying "go to another checkers" i heard multiple giggles in the speaker. I am on my break from work just trying to get food real quick and they are playing around, being rude and joking. I asked for the manager name and he said "The Manager" and someone in the background of the speaker yelled go somewhere else with that coupon cheap-o and begin giggling more all while the manager is on the speaker just continuously saying "bye". all because he did not understand how to use the coupon, but as a MANAGER there are problem solving skills to use instead of being RUDE and sending me off. I am a manager at a high end company that orders lunches from that checkers ALOT for meetings and i will definitely be letting people know of the kind of workers that work here, this ENTIRE shift was HORRIBLE! its even worse that a witness seen the whole thing and stated to me that he had issues there to with them saying they are only taking cash just to get lines down, witnesses actually see your workers tell 1 person that then take the next person debit card. Sad unprofessional workers that was there 11/8/21 around 6:30pm.. RUDE...
Read moreThis place is pure trash. Why? I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE! From the start, a bad attitude girl working at the window taking orders who you could tell was rushing to get off work because she in fact left before we even recieved our order in a car near us. All though everything in me said dont eat here I gave in because I had a car full of people hungry and because of the event we left hadnt ate. The black lightskinned guy was very respectful and nice as we had to pull back to the window because they forgot the sauces but he apoligized. Other things were wrong but we let it slide until 2 of the passengers about 12am bit the sandwiches and literally had raw chicken. I turned around went back and the White Manager George wearing a drogonball Z shirt tried to ignore us as we pulled back to the window. I asked for a receipt and he gave me a hard time claiming the chicken wasnt raw. Wasnt until I had to argue with him for 10 mins he decided to try to refund but wouldnt give a receipt of proof and wanted me to take his word for it. After he shut the window in 1 of the passengers face trying to explain we have to have a receipt we called the cops and they pulled up in 3 cars immediately. After explaining to the cops what George did they were amazed and agreed his theory made no sense. When questioned by the cops george all of sudden has receipt proof on his MOBILE device that did NOT equal the amount total of $44 that I spent on the entire car order but of a totally different order equal to something totally different. When asked why he didnt provide proof of receipt he literally said in front of the cops " I DONT KNOW ". Why do you work their managing people and you dont know? After getting the cops info and badge number 1 offered to assist if I needed to escalate. I still havent heard from the corporate office and its been over 8 business days so I will be contacting the health department. Moral of this. DONT...
Read more!!!!!NEVER AGAIN!!!! Ordered online, said order will be ready at 7:25 was not ready till 7:35 (because they hadn't even started it till I said my name and the speaker person YELLED "we got a (my name)" not realizing he didn't mute the mic. and the lady in the background answered "I just got the order" (from the time I ordered it, till I had gotten to the speaker was 15 mins (drive there plus cars in front of me). Online ordering said will be ready in 8 mins .... Long story short; $37 worth of - a slopped together burger with old veggies, a supposed large order of loaded fries (which was twice as small as the large fries we had ordered) looked like someone puked on them and daughter said it had a burnt taste to 'em (may have been the bacon(?) because the other orders of fries were fine. My son said his chicken sandwich was ok....
Very rude staff: I was TOLD to "go to the other side because your "stuff" is not ready". Had to back up and could not see as they have VERY BAD lighting in their parking lot, need to have cat's eyes here. Very dirty inside (had to stand outside of the car and wait for (as the speaker person called it) "stuff" so i could see how dirty this place REALLY is.because I had no passenger to grab food from that side of the car. There's more that I can say, but will stop here cause it's not worth any more of my time. Lesson learned after being told I didn't want to go...
