Horrible Customer Service.
Most reviews on here are regarding damaged rims, well I stood by them to make sure my vehicle wasn't damaged. I recommend you do the same.
I had purchased different valve caps for my vehicle. Well, they kept mine and put $1 CHEAP ones on mine. Messaged the guy, NEVER got a response. Once I called back, the guy said "oh yeah they are here, you can pick them up" YEAH RIGHT! Shouldn't of taken my stuff in the FIRST PLACE! & they act like they are right around the corner for people and located in the best area!
One of my center wheel caps was broken. So the guy grabbed another one and put it on. I'm spending $700 here, so maybe it's on the house? NO. The guy said it would be $10 dollars. So I told him its fine, I'll keep my other one. I can order 4 for the $10 he wanted to charge. After he continued working, he again said it's going to be $10 and I told him that I did not want it. He then changed it up and said no that's "for the shop" WTH is for the shop? BASICALLY he wanted to FORCEFULLY charge me a tip!
I had originally started messaging Roxana, who would message me right back and would answer all of my questions. The only person with some actual good customer service. But she isn't there.
The guy at the front desk would never reply to me. I called various times requesting pictures of some rims that I was interested in. NOTHING. Once there, he would act like all is right with the world.
Overall... WILL NEVER BE BACK!...
   Read moreBeen here three times. Once for two new tires and a $75 valve stem change for sensor. Go back 3 weeks with another cracked valve stem. Take my truck in yesterday for a leaking tire and a screw in It. Comes back with screw in hand and said " it didnt go thru " ok can they check valve stem and rim? Comes back with findings of rim leak. Now i simply stated with mild irritation that this is a tire shop, why wouldn't you check that after seeing the screw didn't puncture? Then someone comes from the back with a cracked sensor valve stem again. I was upset. Its not what they say but how they say it. Kinda like take it or go f yourself type customer service at US Wheel and Tire. They hooked it up due to bitching. Unless its for warranted product i have already purchased i will never ever return to a place that lacks customer service in such a way you will verbally say something to someone here. Bless ps The Owner mentioned to me the cashier is only 18 or 19. As this confused me because what does age have to do with customer service. You will get better customer service from a girl scout or little one with lemonade stand. I do not like to speak down on a establishment but i see this place out of business in a year or so.    Read moreIf I could give this place zero stars, I would. The customer service is NONEXISTENT. These people have NO idea how to speak to a customer. They intentionally screwed me over. Did business over the phone, ordered tires from a guy and told him to stay within my $450 budget. He ordered tires $100 over budget, AND failed to tell me about an $85 fee ON TOP OF IT for applying for the payment plan option. The manager knocks my bill from $580 to $480 ONLY AFTER 5 minutes of awkward silence and I tell them I want my keys back. THEN I get my bill from Progressive and it's still the $580 from before! They just wanted to keep me quiet and take my money because they knew by the time I found out they overcharged me it would be too late. THEN I confronted an employee about it and got snotty remarks and "good luck with that" when I wanted to speak to a manager who WOULDNT EVEN BE IN FOR THE NEXT WEEK and didn't offer any other sort of solution besides "we're just here doing inventory, we close early, good luck with that". AWFUL AWFUL PLACE. TAKE THE BUS BEFORE YOU GET NEW TIRES...
