Today I ordered the Famous Bowl, which was warm because the gravy, corn, potatoes, and chicken were room temperature. The gravy was very hot, so I couldn't eat it immediately. Gray seemed agitated as he didn't want to hear about my thoughts on the bathroom as I said "Someone's pregnant; it smells nice however there is a pregnancy test on the back of the toilet" well he told me he's upset because he told his manager about it 3 days ago; like really when cleaning the bathroom how hard is it to pick it up and throw it out; if he wasn't so agitated by my presence I would have went back to the bathroom and thrown it out. Gray could have mentioned it was only $.060 more for a drink, yet he wanted me out of his way as he was annoyed by my asking if they had the mashed potato bowl. Had I known it was only 60 cents, I would have considered a drink. When they gave me my order they didn't even place a napkin in the bag. I chose to sit in my car to eat as he gave a very negative vibe. I won't be returning to the Vandyke 9-mile location. When I worked at restaurants we were instructed to park furthest from the entrance yet here an employee (blue car) parked in first parking no I'm not a Karen however costumers should be able to park near entrance and employees should park further from the entrance like to right where the other employees parked (jeep...
Read morewent there today to get food for my family i know about the virus and precautions, but today and the last week or so food places are not only letting a few people in at a time for pick up orders, but have drive thru open to all. i was on an electric scooter as i am more confined in a car. so i waited in drive thru line and i ordered. as i got to window the manager came yelling at the cashier that they cant serve me. and i had on a mask and gloves. but the cars in front of me had no protection at all. I have gone thru too many establishments, i take my scooter into stores and grocery stores and am always fully protected when others are not. when people in cars in your line are not protected but i am. and im not in a confined vehicle but in air with no one around me to be told im dangerous and should not be served is kind of messed up. I dont say it is wrong to be cautious with a person during this time but you serve people without protection but not a person with it. Then she served me saying only because they had made the food while i was waiting. I love kfc is the only reason i stayed. But he way she yelled at the cashier bothered me more than anything. Love kfc but should have went to checkers or mcdonalds or burger king or coney island where they dont have a problem with a person who is dressed in protective gear riding a...
Read moreWent through the drive-thru and ordered 2 Tuesday special original. That sounds like a simple request... well, I arrived home, took a bite, and it was spicy. I called, and the woman manager said to bring it back. I drove back to KFC with receipt. I went inside, and the 2 male cashiers began to examine the chicken... they couldn't tell if it was original or spicy. Therefore, they called the woman manager, and she began to examine the chicken. She said some of the pieces were spicy. Instead of replacing the 2 buckets of chicken, she pulled out some of the chicken. She proceeded to go to the back and replaced some of the chicken. I was so appalled. Now, all these people have touched this chicken, and they give it back as if it okay. I didn't argue. I took the chicken and asked for my receipt back. They trashed the receipt, so they said and gave me a duplicate receipt with only the price I paid. This is the customer service you get in the hood/ ghetto. Horrible! I went on the KFC website and did a complaint. I have not heard anything from them to this day. This is the only KFC in the area, and they know it and don't care. I WILL NOT BE BACK! and I feel sorry for the community that does not have any other options, especially if they do not...
