I have been craving Arby's for about 2 weeks now. I stopped by the Crown Point, Indiana location after work to place an order. I was asked for a name on my order and I gave the name Trump. I often give different names just to have fun when I order food. The cashier then huddled with 2 other girls that work there and they began talking lowly while occasionally giving me looks. It was obvious I was the topic of their conversation. A 2nd young girl handed me my order and called out the name Biden while staring me down. I said that is not my order I'm waiting on the order for Trump. The girl just continued staring me down with a slight smile. I said I would like my order for Trump now and she just kept staring at me. I then ask for the manager so that I can receive a refund and explain to him what happened. He apologized immediately. The 3 girls all went off to the side in a huddle to continue their conversation and one of the girls yelled very loudly that I must also be racist and sexist. By the way I am a minority. She is not. The manager did apologize again and said he would talk with her, but I think something more needs to be done to address that despicable and unprofessional behavior. Save your money and do not visit this establishment. I called customer service and requested a call back. I'm not holding my breath, but we'll see...
Read moreI got a $60 DoorDash order from there and when I received my order I was missing 2 large mozzarella cheese sticks. I called and spoke to the manager on duty who’s name was Erika and she apologized and told me she didn’t see the cheese sticks on the order and she would leave a message for the rest of the managers that I am owed 2 large cheese sticks and to come through and get them when I can. The next day I go there for them to make good and the manager on duty refuses. She said she is aware of the situation but her giving me the cheese sticks I have already paid for would “throw her count off”. I even called her when I left because I am trying to understand if I have paid for something and you guys know you messed up why will you not make good on it. I am trying to figure out how hard it is to turn around and tell your grill guy to drop 12 cheese sticks and then go into the office and leave a message that the cheese stick lady was taken care of. I spent a long time in the business you guys…I am just sitting here flabbergasted that Arby’s just robbed me for some cheese...
Read moreI went in for a Mocha shake and other items.... I get the same shake every time and noticed that this particular time, it was missing the chocolate on top! I asked the young lady about the chocolate and she stated “ I already closed the drink so I can’t put it on top”, which was weird... she put a small amount in a separate cup... wasting containers. Then with this same shake, I noticed a different shade at the bottom of the cup. I asked the lady what was it? She said it was a orange shake... REMIND YOU, I ORDERED A COFFEE DRINK!!!!! I told her that I did not want it made like that... she ignored me.. she did not offer to make it over nor apologize WHICH WAS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Why are you working and serving the costumers whatever you want them to have? Instead of WHAT THEY ARE OAYING FOR? RUDE LADY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...
