8/15/23 6:30 (because I didnt catch the kid at the speakers name.) Waited in the drive thru for over 20 mins tonight. Visit started off with a long line, oh well. Elderly couple in front of me gets to the speaker. They order, the kid at the speaker keeps going back and forth about the order, the older man was obviously hard of hearing. The kid repeated himself thru the speaker and proceeded to cop an attitude with the older gentleman because he couldn't hear him. Older gentleman pulls up. It's my turn. I started talking and automatically I understood why the older gentleman couldn't hear or understand him. He was mumbling, and constantly second guessing himself. He proceeded to tell me certain things came with my order, when they infact did not. Kept asking me to repeat myself but then telling me something totally different in response. I was getting frustrated and extremely confused. While holding up the long line, trying to understand what he was doing. Finally a girl chimed in and corrected the situation. I appreciate your customer service skills deeply, but even after you "fixed" it. My order was still completely wrong. I gave up. I ordered #9's One orignal with no pickle, raspberry tea, ranch One original, mtndew, ranch 1 indv. Side Mac 1 indv. Side cole slaw
What I got? Two #9's with pickle, Pepsi? Ranch(thank god), 2 sides of Cole slaw and no Mac?

Read moreSaturday evening, drive through, nobody in front of me, just one care behind me. I waited 5 minutes, nobody asked for my order. I said hello, waited another 3 minutes and said hello. Young guy comes out the back taking out the garbage. I wait til he empties the garbage and he's walking back. I roll down my window, say Hello twice, but he couldn't hear me because he had ear buds in. I then drove to pay and pickup. After 6 to 8 people walk by, look at me, look the screen and walk by ignoring me, about 12 minutes total now. A young, tall, skinny girl comes to the window as says, "Can I help you?". I explain i had been waiting, said hello twice and she cuts me off to say, "what do you want?". I laughed, gave my order and before I could say I had a coupon, she slammed the window. This girl didn't give 2 cares about me, much less the company she works for. Not to mention, her eyes were rolling in here head. My guess, pills, but I'm no doctor. She was on something. Granted, this is Saturday at roughly 8pm not busy. Needless to say, she over charged me outside of the amazing service provided to start. KFC crown point, enough is enough. Read moreThe point of ordering ahead is so your order is ready for pickup when you get there and you can avoid the line. Lobby wasn't open due to staffing issues. Had to wait in line in the drive thru. Was told when I got to the speaker to pull forward... and wait. Finally get up to the window and I see 2 girls talking and a boy in the managers office talking to the manager I assume. No one comes to the window. Finally one of the girls turns around and comes to the window and asks if I had the pickup. Gives me the order. I get home and I know it's minor. But I ordered 36 nuggets with what was supposed to be 6 sauces . I got 4 of the incorrect sauce. My large fry wasn't even filled. They did remember the plates tho. Last time I give them a chance. Once... maybe it's a bad day. Twice... i believe in second chances. 3 times... I write a review, which I almost never do. Normally I just don't go again.
