I never had issues with this restaurant before they closed down for well over a year and then had their grand opening. Since then, not sure what is going on? I ordered 2 ORIGINAL CHKN sandwich meals through drive thru today. I received my 2 drinks, was told to pull up, it'll be 2 mins, the drive thru attendant comes out after awhile to say sorry, it'll be just 2 more mins, can you.pull around to curbside? I said sure. I get it, I was in food industry for 20+ yrs. I pulled around, i saw him come out 10 mins later to bring someone else their food. I allowed 5 more mins to pass. At this point it's been 20 mins so I tell my son we're going inside, i.think they forgot about us. I go inside to see where's my food and how I went through drive thru and it's been 20 mins now. No apology, no explanation of any kind. I ask the black girl that seems to be directing everyone ăbigger with afro puffsăwhat happened to my food because as soon as they confirmed what I ordered, they JUST asked the cooks to make them. She never turned around to explain anything, to apologize, she eventually walks to the BOH with the cooks. Another young lady, just starting her shift starts working the window and finally bags my food. No stars. Horrible service. Sadly they started off strong, the young man was polite and communicated in the beginning which is all.i was looking for. No free food, not my money back, but respecting the consumer and the hard earned money I decided to spend at your establishment with some communication. Let me know my food was accidentally bumped, or given to another customer by mistake. The worst thing you could EVER do in this situation is ignore the customer, not apologize, and keep your back turned against them.    Read moreI don't have mega expectations at any fast food restaurant. I do not expect perfection. I do however expect to be talked to nicely, especially since I make a conscious effort (as someone who has worked jobs like this) to be kind and understanding to the employees. That being said, the kid I just dealt with at this BK had the personality of a dirty sock. To start, I asked if I can buy an extra toy for my kid who is at school. Dude gave me the dirtiest look before impatiently telling me he can't do it. Yes you can. I've done it. Whatever, I let it go. Looked at me like I was dirt on his shoe the whole transaction, gave me attitude when I asked for extra buffalo sauce. Still let it go, and certainly wouldn't leave a review based on that. Maybe he's having a bad day? Who knows. BUT THEEENNN I get home and my mozz sticks have got to be about two hours old. The cheese was rock solid. I got through a bit of one and called it quits.    Read moreThis location continues to be the worst Burger King I've ever been to. This is the final strike I'm afraid as I can't continue to pay for poor food quality and mistakes. Today we ordered salads with our meals and one of them was so full of rusted wilted lettuce we couldn't eat it. The sticker on top was marked from the day before so this salad sat for almost two days before they served it to us. My "ICED" tea had NO ice in it so I basically got room temperature tea because the employees can't apparently figure out that if the tea is warm you need to use more ice so it doesn't all melt. This is just another of many failed drive thru experiences at this location. I don't think I've ever had an order that didn't get messed up or was of poor quality. The employees are rude and most of the time don't seem to have an education any higher than a 5th grader. Don't let the fancy remodel suck you in.
