Eat'n Park — Restaurant in Center Township

Went to salad bar every single plate had rust marks on it or was dirty, go out to cashier waited for her to finish up with customer then proceed to explain I needed a CLEAN PLATE as what's there are all DIRTY , she walks over to the plates takes one at a,time and says the ones she left are clean, I re0lied they're dirty, can you get me a CLEAN plate from the KITCHEN!? no those are clean and they're not in the KITCHEN!! Can I see your manager, I'll get you a clean plate!! Well had to wait for my server to come to the table and explained to him tge situation, manager comes out I explain to her while going over to tge salad bar and you could see she came out with an attitude!! I explained I didn't need an attitude from the cashier when the plates were dirty! She replied I'm correct that I shouldn't have gotten an attitude from the girl and the thing that bugged me the most is they all came out of the kitchen to hear instead of being concerned and rectify the situation!!! She (Kim the manager) never came back to tge table never offered an apology nor did she offer a desert or discount!!! So totally over EAT N PARK!! DON'T BOTHER ITS NOT WORTH IT...

It had been some time since we decided to get Eat n Park. This will be the last time! Wish I could say there was something worthwhile about going here! Our last experience our server was slower then slow. Once the food came out, it was perhaps one of the worst meals I've ever had! The food was cold! We didn't order anything fancy, pretty much chicken tender and fries. $40 later I realized that McDonald's would have been a better option! Drink sag at end of table waiting to be refilled, only to have to ask for more to drink! Girlfriend left them some feedback! They apologize and send a $10 gift card. I wasn't going to press the bad experience (as it seems that's every restaurant post covid). I then left them some feedback, saying how this is disrespectful and I would rather they put the $10 towards more training! I never heard back from them, so if 0 stars was an option,...

I usually don't like to leave reviews, but I have to. Last night my husband and I stopped for dinner. The restaurant wasn't too busy so we figured we would be in and out in no time. Wrong. It took 45 minutesbto get food. To start the table wasn't even cleaned before we were seated. It took like 10 minutes before someone came to get our drink order. Then I ordered a grilled buffalo chicken wrap with tator tots and fresh fruit and my husband got the salad bar. The chicken was hard and dry, the tator tots didn't taste right (maybe old grease?) and my fruit was not cold it was warm like it had been sitting out. And to top it all off there was a HUGE hair in the fruit cup. Never was asked if things were ok, actually got asked if I wanted a box for all the food that was left?! Totally disgusted. This used to be a good place to eat, but...
