went to get our work place breakfast. The same rude manager was on duty. Don't no the name, but do no that they have a very unshaven/ sweaty face. is a male tying to be a female. we use the app on our phones because we buy almost daily, and it gets really expensive if we don't. Everyone else is always polite and nice, and knows that's what we do, but every time I have to deal with this manager, she yells, and is very rude, telling us that we can only use one deal each day, and she wont let us do that. always uses a rude calky attitude, and sais things like, yeah, you need to pull up and wait for the rest of your order since you cant follow rules. very snotty. rolling eyes, and treating all of us. ( at many different occations, like we are not valued and that it is a huge inconvenience to serve us. We are jointy making this review and all agree. When any of us see her face going forward, we will no longer be ordering from this mcdonalds. Everyone else is kind, with a smile on there face every time. does what they can to help us. we order at minimum 5 days a week, not to mention on our own personal time as well. instead of having every person from our work coming to order, we send one person. we usually use 2-3 different app deals between 2-3 different orders. other wise, 8 people would have to come in at the same time, and as a business, we can not do that. we should not feel less than, just because some person wants to make us feel that way. it is unacceptable, and should not happen in a customer service orientated business. wendys and arby's are next store and would love to have...
Read moreOur granddaughter is visiting and we are in search of the mini toys ( isn't everyone 😂). I had a dentist appointment in Butler which is like half hour of our home. Afterwards, I told my granddaughter we would stop at McDonald's at Clearview Mall and see which toy they had. Went inside. As I won't ask in drive-thru so we don't hold up others. No one in lobby, it was 7/17 at approximately 1:45 pm. I asked the girl at counter, who was very sweet, which number they had. She stated they had them all; however, they were not permitted to look for a specific number. Since they weren't busy, I ask if I could speak with the manager. The manager, an older white haired woman came over and I explained my granddaughter was only going to be with me a few more days and that we were trying to complete the set of toys. I ask if we could get the 8 she needed and was willing to purchase 8 meals. She said no you get what is in box! I said okay, thank you. My granddaughter ask if she could get an ice cream cone. I ordered it from the girl at the counter and the manager made it. It was all lopsided and the worse cone i ever saw. My granddaughter,(she is 11,) who was right beside me at the counter attempted to take it and the manager in an angry tone said "Hurry up and get it before it melts". I will NEVER stop at this...
Read moreThe only time I have great service and leave with a correct order is during the breakfast shift. Anytime after that, it goes downhill. It never fails that my orders are wrong or something is forgotten.
This evening was the worst yet. My husband went and ordered dinner. He got home and was missing TWO whole kids meals. My burger was a QPdeluxe, no onion, no tomato. I opened it up and all that was on it was ketchup and mustard. We called up and talked to Sara I believe. She said she would make our order personally herself. It’s now been 20 minutes and my husband is still inside waiting for our correct food.
This establishment has gone way downhill over the years. I’m not sure if they are lacking in training or if the employees just don’t care. I’ve said several times before I will not come back there during these times, and now I truly mean it.
I worked in fast food from 15-20.. it’s not hard. You just have to pay attention and care just a little bit.
