My first google review ever lol. Unfortunately your general “manager” thought it would be appropriate to give us the worst customer experience with your establishment. My father has spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars at your location and he was told that you didn’t need his business anymore. We love you guys and have always used you for holidays, parties and special events. Today we had ordered a pizza with fresh garlic as the topping. This is the second time that pizza came with NO garlic. My father also has NEVER once called to complain but today he called to let them know that there was no garlic. Upon calling this general “manager” of yours, he proceeded to argue with my father and gaslight him, saying he personally made that pizza and put the garlic on with his own two hands….right. Naturally I started flipping up all the slices and looking underneath, moving sauce around and I can ASSURE YOU, there was no garlic on this pizza. My dad didn’t ask for anything, all he was calling for was to let them know that this had happened. Instead of an apology he got told he was in the wrong while we were staring at the pizza and pulling it apart ourselves. I completely understand that accidents happen and we don’t normally even have anything bad to say because Rosatis has always been on point for us. But we won’t be dining or ordering from here if that’s the way we get treated. Again, I’m so sorry this is long winded and I hate leaving reviews but you should absolutely speak with whoever the general manager was on October 7th 2023, because he had a bad attitude and clearly no manners when it came to speaking on behalf of your business. Also attached are pictures of so called garlic pizza that we paid extra for as a topping. (P.S. he told us we weren’t gunna sit there an accuse him it was just that the garlic was “super finely chopped” but we’ve gotten garlic pizza from there before and we could see it even under the pizza, it didn’t smell like garlic, it didn’t taste like garlic, I’m sick of typing garlic but...
Read moreMy Family will NOT go Back anytime soon. This is our 2nd Time choosing this Restaurant for Dinner, the First time we ordered pick up, the second time we dined in. We ordered dinner, they said 45 mins, we went to pick up our order 45 mins later and we had to wait another 45 mins for our order to be ready 🤨. We caulked it up as, "They just opened, we will give them another shot"🤷♀️. Well we dined in last night, we got there at 8:30. Sat at a Table by 8:45ish, not bad, but didn't get our food til 9:50. We didn't even order a Pizza and it was not busy.🤔 2 orders were wrong and when I got the right order, it was Cold.😒 Well we decided not to go there for a while, if not at all, in the future. They did just open so I'm hoping they will eventually learn how to time manage the orders...
Read moreSat and waited 30 minutes while it wasn’t busy meanwhile one server goes to sit down with a customer for 5 minutes, another continuously passed our table and began serving parties that came in after us, hostess tells the sitting waitress there’s a party of 4 that she sat down, she turns her head and continues to sit with a customer, eventually she goes to the back, skips our table and begins serving the party of 4 right behind us. They don’t need more staff, they need different staff!
Shame, we’ve always chose this location over the CP location but we’ll never come back.. I could’ve said something sure, but out of principle I wouldn’t have been able to justify a tip for the experience.
