Always great ice cream but for $3.75 I'd expect a bigger scoop on my sugar cone. When it happened the first time I figured it was just the employee being extra frugal but I went back a week later and from a different employee I got an exact replica scoop; it almost fell IN the cone and it wasn't shoved down either. This isn't the first time this has happened over the years but it was a close enough time span that I felt a review was necessary. The cone was simply overpriced for the size of the dip. As a former retail business owner (38+ successful years) I learned a few things; some the hard way. This is my observation. Under price an over dipped cone and you'll run out of parking spaces and have long lines. It sounds ideal until the "long line" complaints start rolling in. Over price an over dipped cone and people may feel over charged but they won't complain because at least they will be dip satisfied. However, over price a small dipped cone and you'll lose customers. Case in point, how many people do you know who complain about getting too much food at a restaurant? None; it's only when you get too little food or poor food quality for your money that the complaints roll in. You may feel a few "overpriced" reviews don't merit much consideration but these same reviewers will tell 10 other people their experience. So my unsolicited advice is to find a...

I usually visit here for a double scoop Sundae. But the other night was getting late and I needed to get my baby back home and into bed. I needed enough ice cream to share (and I have a hard time sharing Graeter’s) so I just picked up two pints. They had the same size freezer and the same choices of flavors I’ve seen at other locations. I picked out two pints - one Black Raspberry Chip (it’s an absolute favorite for BOTH me and my husband) and one Peanut Butter Chip.

The service her was friendly and efficient!

I would normally only buy pints from Kroger because it’ll save you money. Graeter’s charges $5.29, but Kroger’s frequently has theirs on sale. Just a good thing to know.

Once I was home, had the boy in bed and was able to dig into a bowl of ice cream, life was good! I managed to find one chocolate chip that was almost as big as the pal of my hand

I will note that the Black Raspberry has dark chocolate chips while the Peanut Butter has milk chocolate. Just something to consider if you have a preference. I definitely prefer the dark chocolate (which are also in Coconut, Black Cherry and...

How to rate Graeter's without pissin a bunch of ppl off? Let's see? Well here goes... Very good ice cream. Very good customer service by a slammed & overworked crew. Smiling and attentive and everyone was busy. The parking sucks! I mean super sux! Thankfully we came on a MC. The line waiting was a good half hour+ Prices on cones and service items are still reasonable but most prices for freezer ice cream, candy and other not cold items are obscenely overpriced in my humble. It seems to me they've outgrown this location and maybe an expansion is in the making? Inflation is rearing its ugly head across the planet but at Graeter's? It seems to me that either hyperinflation has arrived or someone is making too much f#=*&?! money. Or...

Delicious small batch ice cream with tons of options, currently they have a phenomenal key lime ice cream that tastes just like the real deal. Ended up going with chocolate because theirs was so Rick and creamy, it was hard to pass up such a solid classic. But the decision was a difficult one that involved six taste tests (that was a mistake, only taste 2-3, any more and the decision becomes absolutely impossible). Will have to come back and peruse some of their other options!! Also forgot to take a picture pre-chow down because we were just too excited.

I’m sorry but I feel like every time I’ve gone to Graeter’s recently it has gone downhill. The wait is always long & they never have their seasonal flavors in stock. On this recent visit I went in to get a simple cone; waited for thirty minutes, and the ice cream flavor I chose was completely melted like soup… sitting in a bowl with a cone that had glue from the paper still stuck to it when peeled off.
