Best Eastern Restaurant — Restaurant in Central Falls

Disgusting place, they handle money then handle food without gloves or washing their hands, do not eat here, they should be closed down for the way they keep the cooking and prep area filthy dirty. I stopped eating there since the last time they gave me reheated cashew chicken that tasted like it was in the fridge for two weeks - it had a moldy sour tang and it wasn't the ginger. Today I snapped a picture of the bin of breaded chicken wings they leave out of the fridge on the counter for hours next to the fryer, perhaps so they can "drop" them faster I guess - this is a definite salmonella risk. I thought I'd give them another try since the food tastes decent. The lady who helps you at the counter gives a dirty look if you don't tip her when you pick up your take-out! The owners (husband and wife) yell at each other loudly in their native language and completely alienate anyone waiting for an order. The floor is greasy and the counters look filthy. I’m usually a normal customer here and have nothing but good things to say about this restaurant. However, today I placed my order at exactly 5:37p.m and I just now received my food at 7.
