My first meal there was wonderful, I got an order of falafel. The waitress was incredibly generous, she gave me a drink and some hummus while I was waiting for my take out order. I felt like I was as someone's house with that kind of hospitality. The subsequent order was neither fresh nor tasted safe to eat. The falafel tasted off (I don't know how else to explain it) and the lettuce was mushy and browning. I called them and explained that the food didn't taste right. Instead of apologizing and offering to remake it etc, she became very defensive exclaiming she eats the falafel often and it tastes fine. I asked if I could sub the pita for fries and the lady at the window told me absolutely not. However, on the other occasions I have. I tried explaining this, she cut me off to tell me I could throw the pita away if I want, but she’s not giving me fries. I’ll never understand why people can’t just be nice. I mean, even if I’m charged extra. This is crazy. The only reason I started going to this place is because they have a drive-through window, but Cafe Phoenicia is right across the street. They’re wonderful. Kindness matters. I don’t ever plan to...

The guy who came to the togo window treated me like I was majorly inconveniencing him by wanting food. Basically demanded what I wanted then told me he had already closed down the register and they were closing. Tried to tell me their closing time was 8pm when it literally states 8:30pm on the front door. They’ve gotten extremely expensive anyways and food has gone downhill. I’ll be sending my business to Cafe Phoenicia who have way better food and...
