Five Guys — Restaurant in Central

I have visited this location many times previously to this visit and I am simply disappointed. The food was good as usual, however the service was nothing short of appalling. I am not sure if there was a change in management but this woman was incredibly rude. Not only was she rude to customers but she was unbelievably rude to the employees. This not only makes it awkward as a customer, but it also reveals how terribly they must treat their workers who comparatively had much better customer service skills than her. Furthermore, this woman, who I assume is the manager, doesn't have enough sense or training to simply wear an apron while handling food which is extremely unhygienic and disgusting. It is obvious that the atmosphere has changed since my previous visits and it makes the food unenjoyable. It is a shame that this place has had such a fall off in management and it is beyond unacceptable. I do not plan to recommend others to come here, or to come back here myself as this is one of the WORST customer service experiences I have...

Been to five guys all over America and this is the most ghetto, dirty and unkempt one I've ever been too. From the cashier barely speaking English because of his lack of trying, because he was trying to sound as ghetto as he possibly could to the quality of the food. The burger tasted dry, unseasoned, and very sloppy in the way it was put together and the fries were cooked in burnt grease. All tables dirty, even though there were only a few customers, the condiment station was filthy as well as the soda dispenser. I love five guys and they’re known for greeting customers and quick service. This particular store is slow and the kids aren’t very friendly. The website doesn’t give you an option to pay in store so if you’re ordering for coworkers too, I would recommend calling. The website was down so I called, took me about 15 minutes to get through and then was told “ we have customers, you’ll have to wait until we’re done to take your order” and put on hold for 22 minutes. Needless to say my lunch was almost over by then. Terrible...
