The manager, I don't know his name but he was Asian and said he's been there for about 1 1/2 years is lazy, arrogant, and very rude. Two weeks ago when I visited the establishment I sat in drive- thru for about 5 minutes watching him talking. He never acknowledged my presence nor apologized. Tonight he was working the drive-thru again and he still again saw I was at the window but still proceeded to continue laughing and talking with the other workers. When he opened the drive-thru window I had to interrupt his conversation by giving him my pickup information. Never does he greet the customer as others have previously. I gave him my payment and I was having a conversation with my daughter with me saying that they must be under new management and he interrupts me by abruptly saying, " What did you say?". I repeated what I said to my daughter and he then proceeded to rudely ask me why did I think that? I told him because the customer service is slower and apparently uncaring when it came to customer service. He then says, "Didn't you see me here?" I said, "Yes, I did but you are continuing to talk to others while opening the window and never acknowledging the customer. I proceeded to tell him to please not continue to argue with me and just give me my food before it gets colder. I told him I would give him a bad review and he just started laughing and said, "I bet." This guy needs to be retrained or does not need to be dealing with customers. I have been a faithful customer at domino's even before they moved to the new location. I'm very disappointed that domino's has him as a representative of management. He may be a cool coworker since he likes to interact more with his workers than focusing on the customers. Customer service was once great there but these last two interactions really sucked all because of this arrogant so-called manager. The may have taste great but I couldn't tell since his rude and arrogant behavior left a sour taste in my mouth. I won't be back at this establishment in Central. I had to point out that I was charged 3 dollars more than my order on my credit card .. They fixed it, but it is the point I have to look and make sure now.. Trust is everything.
