They are very rude at this location and do not change their gloves…Every time I come here I watch them touch numerous of things including the cash register, hair, clothes, etc and continue to prepare food. I went in today for lunch and was the only customer and no one acknowledged me. I stood there for a while before one of the girls rudely asked what I wanted. Continuously rolling her eyes as if I was bothering her. She started acting even more unpleasant when I asked if she could change her gloves before preparing my food. My burrito was extremely skimpy. Literally 5 pieces of lettuce and the girl got mad when I asked if she could add a little more. Another girl cashed me out and didn’t open her mouth at all. If you purchase a gift card from here, you are throwing away your money. We received a gift card for Izzo's from my husband's employer. I went online beforehand to check the balance. It had $15 on it. When I tried to use it, they would not honor the gift card. I contacted the company afterwards about the problem and did not receive any response whatsoever. Receiving an Izzo's gift card was actually worse than receiving nothing at all because we had to drive 30 minutes to the nearest location to us, then pay for overpriced, mediocre food that we would never have chosen to buy ourselves absent the gift card. Very deceitful...

First, all of the workers were very nice and worked very hard to create the items that our family ordered. However, the food was simply not good. Birria was so dry, my wife couldn't eat it. The steak is full of fat and tendons and barely edible. The Mexican rice was hard and dry, like it had been overheated for an excessive amount of time. The white meat chicken was overly dry and hard. This would be a 1-star, but the staff were all very nice and friendly. The manager of this location needs to get some tips from the location on Bluebonnet...
