They don’t wanna give you the sauce u ask for so at the window you can pay after asking and waiting and I had to ask twice at the window like they forgot make sure the give you ur straws also but then again u may have to wait ten minutes .. Many are young that work there and it’s the principal of risk versus reward meaning what’s best for the team/coworkers and the customers . One thing many people do is look at you knowing u need something and the other person that was supposed to be helping you has got tied up but they are not going to for what ever personal reason. To avoid all this would it not served everyone and the long drive threw window behind me better to just give me a sauce I did ask for it before I paid it would be different but f I had just was like I need to buy sauce. All I’m saying is they are mostly young and needs lessons and directions on teamwork to be able to lead by example and not be selfish . What is best for everyone? How can I help my team? lol

Asked for extra crispy fries and chicken. I worked for canes for 12 years and know how it looks extra crispy and ours was not. We received our food way too fast for it to be extra crispy also. I would have loved to been pulled and told to park to receive what I actually ordered. Staff was friendly but food was not as I ordered very soggy and disappointing :/ I would have waited the extra time gladly with the money we spent. Nobody likes soggy chicken and flimsy fries.

Shot out to Jacob who was the only Cashier at the front counter. He was busy helping a mom with 3 very young children (the mom needed his help) When I walked in the door: he greeted me and I was like it’s fine I’ll wait!

Meanwhile his female manager was actively looking for Jacob while he was helping this mom, I told her he’s helping this mom and I don’t mind waiting. The male manager on the line was also looking for Jacob while he was busy helping this mother.

Managers: yes I did say I was ok with waiting but in all reality y’all should have helped Jacob. Y’all weren’t busy. The female manager was acting like she was busy when she wasn’t. If I was Jacob’s manager: I would have helped him.

I work in the...

I visit from the NW every year, and canes is a constant stop for food. The chicken strips are the smallest strips I have seen anywhere ( almost comical ). It wouldn't be so bad if it was 1, maybe two out of 4/6, but it's every strip in the box. I have noticed you are more likely to get normal size strips if you dine in. I guess they figure you won't see strips till you get home when going through drive thru, where if you dine in its easy to see. Very disappointed with TINY strips. I will not eat here as frequently when I visit. The food is delicious at canes, especially the bread/ sauce, but the size of strips are ridiculous....... no...
