I do not leave reviews in general but I feel like someone (a manager or owner) needs to know how terribly awful the customer service and wait time is at this place! I love every Starbucks I go to and this one is convenient to my house, but I am DONE with this location! Iâve been here several times. Let me explain my experiences: First, I ordered a cake pop along with drinks and the guy at the register was playing around with his coworkers so he accidentally he gave me 3 cake pops then laughed about it. I was happy to have more cake pops for free but itâs terrible for the business. You lost money there because your employees are playing around. Second, I went through the drive through and as Iâm waiting for my order, I hear workers playing around again (they were talking about another coworker) so I wasnât acknowledged at the window. I paid, got my things and said âthank youâ but no response because he was talking to instead. I proceeded to say âthank youâ again and was ignored for a 2nd time so I drove off. Third, my husband went to pick up my online order and 2 kids were making out behind the counter before he could even get my drink. It wasnât ready after ordering well in advance. Today, my husband and I sat in line behind 1 car at the window for SEVERAL minutes before my husband drove to the front door so I could just run in and get my 1 drink after waiting so long. My husband said that we had a mobile order for Brigitte (pronounced Briget). She told us to pull around. She must've forgotten that her headset was still on, and that the speaker was still on too. I say that because she began to make fun of my name. When my husband said to her, yes her name is Brigitte, the speaker suddenly went off. When we got to window and we received our food, I let her know that we heard and I gave her the correct pronunciation of name. I didn't appreciate this treatment at all. I am quite offended.    Read moreThe app makes my life dealing with these people a little bit better. If it weren't for being able to order on the app I probably wouldn't even go here. I showed up for my app order and the person in the drive thru proceeded to tell me my order wasn't ready and hopefully it might would be by the time I got to the window (and she wasn't nice about it).
In the app it shows you what time your order will be ready, guess what time I showed up for my order - the time it said in the app. She didn't have to be short about it or have an attitude about it like I was inconveniening her because all I did was show up at the time...
