So after ordering two xl pizzas, an order of cheese sticks, and a "salad" my girlfriend and I have decided to never bring our business back to this establishment for a few reasons. Firstly the cost is ridiculous 6$ for a "salad" that was litterally just half a head of chopped lettuce with a handful ogwf croutons and about a half a cup of shredded chicken and two little packets of ranch there was nothing else and let's be honest a McDonald's salad has more to it for less which is sad most mom and pop pizza places usually want to make the customers come back by giving them their money's worth. And now for the pizza the Santa fe bbq chicken was not at all satisfactory for a few reasons. Firstly the bbq sauce is way too sweet, it should be called sweet and sour chicken and the crust is chewy, which after working for a mom and pop pizza place before there is no excuse then either poor cooking or it was frozen.! o For the second pizza which was pepperoni and pineapple the ratio of the two toppings was dissapointin and there was too much cheese as well and again the crust was chewy. So again after spending 62$ that will be the only and last time I order food from this...
Read moreWe walked in to eat at 8:00pm. When we walked in the heavy set girl working said "Oh great a family that wants to eat late just had to walk in here, so much for going home on time." After hearing that we decided to get it to go. So we started to order our personal pizzas. On their on line menu it has get a personal pan pizza and a Pepsi drink for 5.25$ but when we ordered it we were told they don't do that anymore, well remove it from the on line menu. We just moved here 2 blocks away from the location by the Great Wolf Lodge. So for 3 personal pizzas and a cheese calzone we paid 44$ before tip. The calzone was burnt on the bottom so I called and the guy that answered said that's what you get for coming in so late and hung up on me. We will never go back there to get anything, we will drive out of our way because of our experience going there for the frist time. Pride for great customer service was what I was told before we went to eat there. I would like to know where the great customer service...
Read moreStopped by Figaro's for the 1st time on my way home from work. I was given the wrong pizza "to go" and of course didn't find this out until I got home. I live in Pe Ell and work in Olympia. Unbelieveable that their exchange policy requires you to bring the pizza back with you in order for them to correct their mistake. At what point would I bring this pizza back to them to get the right one? On my way to work at 5am? After work? Both scenarios would require me to store an uncooked pizza in my car for 8 hours. I have the receipt, I just left there 40 minutes ago. With the receipt, there should be no questions asked just like Papa Murphy's. (Whom exchanged my pizza 'no questions asked' a few years back when I returned with my receipt....
