Taqueria Juquilita — Restaurant in Centralia

I was in town with family at the local waterpark and we wanted some delicious food. We made the choice to come here solely based on the 4.7 review rating. They did not disappoint! Good service but more importantly delicious, delicious food! We got tacos, enchiladas and caldo de albondigas along with their fresh homemade tortillas. We really appreciated that the beans were not blended refried beans but whole pinto beans with great flavor. This is a must if you are in the area or passing through. Only downside...we live far away and can't visit...

I lived in Mexico City for the last year, compared to that this place is just ok. The pastor was not that flavorful, the chicharrón was soggy not the deep fried kind but the flavor was good, a little bit spicy. The corn tortillas were fine. Totally skip the Horchata, it is not made fresh taste like it came from a dry mix that you just add water to. Overall way overpriced. There are plenty other restaurants in the area I would not...

This, by far, the best Mexican food I've eaten in Washington... Everything we ate was fresh and super good!! The staff was super friendly and it was a chill environment. The mole was top knotch, ( my husband said that it tasted like his mamas ) and the tamales were perfect.
