Luxe Wine & Whiskey — Restaurant in Centralia

Totally disappointed in this venue. We went to see a local country artist perform. We arrived in plenty of time and were able to get a table. There were about 55 people waiting for the show to begun. After sitting for about five minutes we went up to the bar to order, the server said she would come out to us and and when she did we ordered two cocktails and a shareable appetizer. Drinks were good and the prices were fair. The singer started and he was great. However, our server never came back out to check on us. 90 minutes later I went to the bar and asked for another cocktail and about our food. She said it would be out in a few minutes. 30 minutes later we went up to bar and asked about food, 5 minutes later she brought our plate out and apologized for the delay. I really felt that this was her first time working here. I truly wish she had come to check on us and ask if we needed anything. No bill was presented to us.

I would not recommend Luxe if you are planning to actually listen to music.

Our new favorite! We always recommend it! Luxe is a cozy yet stylish spot with friendly, attentive service, a nice spread of food options and a thoughtful and satisfying drink menu! Perfect date night or casual drop in.

Sometimes they host live music which is great to enjoy from their comfy chairs and couches. We also love their stash of board games!

Wine, beer, cider, wine cocktails, traditional and signature cocktails,  mocktails- lots to choose from!

Food is limited but delicious! Love the charcuterie. My favorite is the chicken fold featuring BBQ sauce, avocado, cherry tomatoes, cheese and onion; yum! Husband loves the flatbread pizza: very generously sized and again delicious! It could feed 2 or one big, hungry appetite.

It took us 12 minutes to get service even though there was only one person there. We asked for a glass of wine and they charged us $17 plus a $1 credit card charge. When we asked about the price she was extremely rude to us. She told us she only uses the open bottle that they had opened even though we watched her grab and open the bottle. Our experience was incredibly disappointing and for the amount of money we would have expected to be in a high-end restaurant rather we were in a bit of a dive bar.
