This person kicked us out of the place, treated me and my children badly, today she says she is going to leave, we threw up on my family and she kicked us out of the place with RACISM saying that my 2 and 3 year old children were bothering a person who got up and told us to leave the place feeling that we arrived early having a family plan and she treated us the worst, I have never experienced this treatment in any restaurant I hope they kick this woman out they have the videos where she makes us leave and mistreats my children and they leave crying in fear this is violence and racism I hope for a response about this or I will proceed legally. Since you have people without legal documents working in the kitchen they do not have social security I am SPEAKING FOR ALL MEXICANS WHO ARE ABUSED IN THE UNITED STATES I AM AMERICAN AND MY CHILDREN ARE BORN IN THE UNITED STATES AND MY HUSBAND WORKS FOR THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AND IS A MILITARY VETERAN. Worst experience in a restaurant. I’ve gotten better service in a restaurant where the surroundings of it aren’t nice. First my server Haley was angry cause I had came in almost before closing. And next the manager came to get my order and was really rude to me and my guest, and also their was a mistake in my order and refused to fix it because in their own words “if you come late and have your order wrong we can’t fix it anymore and you have to deal with it”. First off I’m a paying customer and I feel like me and my guest should have not been treated like that. Their was like 4 more tables in the restaurant and I feel like the service for them was better for them. They also kept coming every five minutes and telling us if we were done eating, I think that was the most annoying part of my hospitality there. But yeah they also gave me my desert in a to go box and told me to leave. The most disgusting part was when I told them to split the check and your server Hayley rolled her eyes at us and went sheesh under her breathe and she had said the manager didn’t give her approval to split the check. Trust me I’m never going back to this place. I don’t expect this service to be this rude i payed close to $200 for that ugly service. Never ever come here.... The service is the worst... We came in waited 20 min... To be seated... Everything was normal.... Until.... We got sat at our table and got literally ignored for 20 minutes no water, no Hello, no checking in.... Finally we grt water and out in a pizza order for my kid... And ordered 2 drinks a old fashion and a beer.... The beer came out 20 min later... Then the old fashioned came in 15 min after that... The beer was done before my old fashion I had to go straight to the bar myself pay for another drink and take it back to my seat... We purposely ordered my kids pizza so it can come out sooner and he can eat 1st... Our food literally came in 50 minutes after we sat down... And still no pizza... I can't see myself enjoying my food while my kid is saying what happened to my pizza? He was starving... Me and my wife just sat there until I had to get up chase the waiter/manager.... Although the manager knew they dropped the ball and offered to cover the bill... I just wanted to be out.. He promised the pizza out in 2 min... So we stood since my kid still wanted his pizza.. After waiting 1 hr.. In our booth.... They covered our food... But Damm... By the time the pizza got to our table mine and my wife's was already cold.... It was suuuuch bad experience I don't care about free food or anything.... If fact I'm a excellent tipper based on service... Always polite always tip more than normal.... But hell no... Not here... I appreciate the gesture but absolutely never coming back... Plus food gave me...
