Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Louisiana

I usually don’t trip and just take my L if something isn’t completely right, but today I couldn’t. I ordered pizza eight piece wings cinnamon sticks and some buffalo sauce. They took a little minute getting here which was fine I’d rather have everything then for someone to rush and not get everything that I paid for by the way I spent $33.08. When the pizza arrives it was a DoorDash which I don’t know maybe I’m crazy but I didn’t ask for a DoorDash. But I was fine with that because he was cool the problem was my wings didn’t come and my sauce didn’t come. I told the DoorDash employee but really that’s not his job his job is to pick up the food and deliver it Pizza Hut job is to make sure everything that I ordered comes at once. So then I called the store multiple times because they didn’t want to answer it said press one for existing orders that’s what I did nobody answered so I waited as if I was going to order somebody finally answered when I told them about the existing order they went quiet then they hung up. So I called again did the same thing again they picked up this time it was a different person with a accent I told him about it he said he would connect me I simply told him can you please make sure that they answer because I’ve been on the phone for a couple minutes now. When he connecting me it’s still just wrong nobody picked it up nobody cared. The door dasher had a little more compassion and without getting paid or anything he went back and got my order which still was a little wrong but I was appreciative that he even did that. This is my last time ordering from y’all Pizza Hut because y’all don’t care. I’m never the type of person to leave a review unless it’s a good one so I am very disappointed and disgusted. I've been coming here since the day it opened back in 2012, and I'm still going regularly. The pizza is delicious, and they're good at fixing a problem when one does come up. The inside of the place is nice and casual, and has a few tables and TVs. The employees are friendly, and helpful when those occasional problems do happen, the pizza itself, delish! I think I said that one already ^_^;

October 21, 2021 EDIT: I sadly have to downgrade this rating. This specific Pizza Hut has become notoriously unreliable as of late, as in "we'll open when we feel like opening." They are randomly closed whenever they feel like it. Again, I want to stress this isn't a corporate-wide problem, but a location specific problem. And even here, there is at least one worker--sorry I don't remember your name--who is really good there. But overall, it is either a problem with the workers or the manager, and I don't know where that problem lies. I still absolutely love Pizza Hut, but for me, it's worth making the trip to New Orleans East to the Pizza Hut on Crowder, which is a far more reliable location without the worker issues this Chalmette Pizza Hut is having.

Poor customer service! Long story short they got my order wrong, I call back to let them know, I'm exhausted from working all day so I just figured they would take my name and I could come in at my leisure to have my order redone......oh no, that would be too much like good customer service. Instead Susan, apparently the manager or manager in training, disputes my claim and tells me she checked my wings before she gave them to me and the order was correct.....UNBELIEVABLE! Now I have to get my exhausted, hungry butt back in my car and drive back up there....it is sad when businesses don't care about their customers....I show her the wings and demand a refund for my entire order....she tells me because I ate a breadstick she couldn't refund my entire order.....I said oh I'm sorry, I ate a breadstick from my order assuming it was correct & I was getting what I paid for, silly me. Then they try calling a supervisor to approve the partial refund but to no avail. They finally issue me a refund for the wings & I take my business up the street to Papa Johns.....they have lost my business for good....I will be calling corporate bring an early...
