Hot Wok Buffet & Lounge — Restaurant in Louisiana

This is definitely not the place you wanna take your family to eat. The food was not even that good, majority of it was cold. Most of it had no kind of flavor it tasted like they just took it out of the can and poured it into a pot. The honey chicken was just bits and pieces of chicken mcDonald's chicken nuggets where are bigger than what they had. The meat on a stickLooked like it was left over from a few days ago.It was dry and just nasty. The shrimp were undercooked they were hard to peel them. The crawfish were so spicy. That as soon as you take a bite, it would take your breath away. My wife tried to eat one and it took her breath away from the spices and it's not a cajun spices and after trying it she soon got sick from it. When I tried to talk to the management about it, I was told. Oh, well she shouldn't ate it not thank you, and we'll look into it. I've visited this restaurant for years. Tonight, the food was horrible and so was the service. My son spilled a drink, the waitress wouldn't wait for us to move so she could clean it up. She picked up a spoon off the floor and forcefully put it on the table causing it to bounce and fly past my daughter's face.

I asked for a refund ($80 for 8) and was refused. I called the Sheriff's office to press charges and was told I would also be arrested for my mouthy, profane reaction.

But ever since the new owner took over, the quality has gone straight downhill. The food is refried, reheated, and absolutely disgusting. It’s clear there’s no care for freshness or quality anymore. I even brought this up to the staff, who claimed they told management, but nothing has changed. If the new owner sees this, start caring about your customers and quit serving refried garbage.
