Probably one of my favorite spots to eat but not after the last experience I had. I sat for 5 mins trying to explain to the lady I wanted a big bag with a 5 piece tender, simple. Get up to the window to pay and again waiting. A line of cars begin to stack up behind me as Im waiting to pay for my food. Finally greeted by someone who doesn't follow covid guidelines or Hardees policy for that matter and wearing there mask to protect there chin, (which i did take a picture of after the fact since I didnt know what to do after waiting for my food for so long) to grab my card and again waiting for food for another 5 mins. The car behind me pulls off now after waiting so long. I finally get my food after 20 mins and begin driving home only to pull out cold half regular half curly fries after paying the upcharge for curlys. Disappointed that I sat for so long and couldn't even get fresh fries, I start to pull out more from the bag to realize that the only thing that was fresh after waiting for 20 mins was the damn hot ham and cheese. Tenders were cold as ice. Worst part is, I go in to talk to the manager the following day about the problem, and again with no care about covid rules he also doesn't care to wear his mask for his mouth and nose rather his chin, and tells me I'm in the wrong and he doesn't like me taking pictures of his employees that cant follow covid face mask rules/regulations. Told me to take it to someone who cared like corporate. Hands down the worst experience I have ever had. Wish I would have taken more pictures or recorded this. Absolutely ridiculous and unsafe behavior for an establishment so close...
Read moreFood was fine as usual,but that wasn't the problem.I orders my usual,chili dogs and a cheeseburger.This time I added 2 apple turnovers.The girl at the window said they would take 7min! I said that was fine(she really didn't want to make them)regardless,when I pulled forward I asked about how long would it take. The girl said about 3 min left.I had as of yet paid for the turnovers and I told her that.She said I could when they brought them out.I pulled forward and waited about 7-10 min.After a while I figured they forgot. I'm a disabled Vet, and at times I have a hard time walking.But I went in anyway.I was not in any way,shape,or form upset.They were just busy people.When I got inside,the girl at the window remarked "oh s@@t, the turnovers! "I then said "it is ok, are they done?"Immediately,one of the female employees (I'm not going to mention any names as of yet) blurted out rather loudly to me,informing me that I had to pay. I told her that I know I still had to.I didn't mind paying,why should I? Then she preceded to scream at me to get rid of the attitude.(I didn't have one at all!) She tried to embarrass,scream,belittle any way she could! I have never seen or spoken to that woman before.The customers were embarrassed for me.And the staff acted like e they were scared of her and they put their heads down to stare at the floor,as if they were trying to hide.This was totally uncalled for! I have contacted their superiors,and still going further up the chain.Simply because someone with that attitude doesn't need to be working in a position like that around people.Its as quick way to lose a lot of...
Read moreI just feel the food is over priced and I don't mind paying for food as long as I get my money's worth and I don't really feel I do here.. I believe the foods have great potential when made correctly as directed but that's not always the case. I Feel the Hardee's in this area is way over priced "considering its in more of a low income areas and maybe a few different things on the menu that also blends more with this area. . I thought they normally do these types of things.. like in North Carolina I'll find pork chops on a menu but go to DC... and the same restaurant will have ham and egg instead... but I don't feel this Hardee's has been thought out the same. I'm not saying I hate this Hardee's I absolutely DO NOT . These are simply the things I feel when I go to Hardee's. Last time I was in this Hardee's the Employees were kinda quiet as far as greeting customers . Just FYI maybe this place needs a make over and some positive reinforcement or some type of motivational tools?... something like it! Maybe they could invest little more into the store.... Im fairly certain they would make the money...
