Burger King — Restaurant in Chambersburg

I went in this place almost a week ago and made two separate orders through the drive thru. I get to the window to pay and I pay for my first order with a card, the lady seemingly forgot I had a second order so I reminded her and she gave me my food. I had the money in my hand to pay her but she closed the window and I drove off assuming she just charged my card for both orders. Didn’t make a big deal of it. I find out yesterday that not only did the lady that gave me my order that day called me a thief but another one of the girls that works there, was talking bad about me to my friend when she went to order food from the drive thru. My friend told me everything she said. This girl called me a thief and talked about how my friend needed to get a better babysitter/friend because whenever I go there with my 4 year old god daughter (my friend’s child) I get a big sandwich for myself and a small sandwich for her. Not only that but the woman that took my order that day was supposedly going to go to my job and talk to my manager about me “stealing”. Unprofessional and disrespectful. I go to this BK often and I’m respectful but I will not go here anymore and nor will my friend. From where I live, there are four BK locations within easy driving distance. This location in Chambersburg is one we only visit a couple of times a year. Years ago, this was a horrible location but the franchise has really put a lot of time and money to upgrade and improve it. The place is clean, with all of the amenities you'd expect. The food was ready very quickly. My child had a chicken nugget kids meal while I tried their Spicy Chicken Snack Wrap. He didn't like the fries though I didn't mind them. Unlike our local MacDonalds, the kids meal at BK didn't include a fruit option, instead offering apple juice instead of soda. The wrap was just as advertised, a snack sized portion which had been marinated in a spicy sauce. It's a heat that builds slowly. I had two wraps and didn't really detect spiciness until the end of the second wrap, though my son doesn't really like spicy food and could detect it on his first bite. I've been to this establishment a few times and have pretty much challenged them with each of my orders. I love big burgers so when I asked for a 6 patty and 8 patty whopper I was happy to find that the cashier and manager understood me both times. When my order of a 6 patty whopper was delayed the manager themself made sure to communicate with me about what had happened and never once made it an unpleasant experience. Last night I made an order late at night in the rain and when I came to pick up my order it was ready in less than a minute of wait time (I placed the order about 5 minutes beforehand.

The only thing I can complain about is that the fries have been consistently underwhelming in that they haven't been crispy and not enough salt. Other than that, I have been extremely pleased with the service and have made it my go to...
